Villas Kappas — Hotel in Municipality of Mykonos

I had the most incredible experience at Villa Kappas in Mykonos, thanks to our wonderful host Alex. From our pre-wedding getting ready party to our wedding night, Alex's exceptional hospitality left us speechless.

His resourcefulness and deep connections within the Mykonos community were evident as he effortlessly addressed our every question and even offered creative alternatives. The warmth and generosity he exuded were heartwarming, as he personally welcomed us and bid us farewell at the beginning and end of our trip.

With around 40 people, including guests, makeup artists, photographers, and videographers, the villa provided the perfect setting for a relaxed poolside party. The spaciousness and comfort of the space truly impressed us.

Although the villa relies on the island breeze for airflow, as air conditioning is limited to the bedrooms, it turned out to be a minor concern given the overall ambiance.

We stayed at Villa Kappas from 17th to 24th August 2022. Alex is an excellent host and was very helpful in organising transfers to the airport and car hire from the villa. He made everything super easy and was very flexible and accomodating of our various requests and arrangements. The villa itself is a beautiful traditional building with plenty of space- tastefully decorated with shutters and aircon in each room. It's immaculately clean and the bedding was fresh and crisp. Separate areas for BBQ/pool bar/ chilling mean you can accomodate a large family without getting under each others' toes too. Kids loved the pool and the mezzanine bedroom! The highlight of the property is it's location. Take a drive around Mykonos and you will realise that Agios Sostis is by far the best beach- it's beautiful, relatively quiet and only a short (steep) walk from the villa. Simply put, our stay at Villa Kappas was Amazing. We went as a group of 10 and would undoubtedly stay here during our next visit to the island. Beyond the beautiful views and spacious accommodations, Alexis and his staff (Georges and Stellios) made our stay absolutely perfect.
