Klymeni Traditional Homes — Hotel in Municipality of Nafplio

We recently stayed at this property at the Zeus House in Nafplio, and it was a wonderful experience. The highlight of our stay was the balcony, which offered breathtaking views of the valley and the water. It was the perfect spot to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings.

The property is conveniently located, very close to the beach and the castle, and just a few minutes from the charming old town. This made exploring Nafplio easy and enjoyable.

A special mention goes to Alexander at the reception. He was extremely helpful and provided us with excellent guidance, helping us plan our trip and make the most of our time in Nafplio. His local knowledge and friendly demeanor added a personal touch to our stay.

We stayed here for 4 nights in July 2023 during a heat wave with temperatures climbing over 40° C every day. Luckily, both the bedroom and the living room had powerful air condition units which kept the place at a comfortable temperature. We found the place spotlessly clean with everything in working order. The kitchen was fully equipped and they even had an ironing board plus iron. There was a daily cleaning service and towel change. The parking space in front of the building was shielded from the sun by some trees, which was very handy at those temperatures. The staff was very welcoming and they provided some useful information about Nafplio and the area when we checked in. I am knocking off one point merely for it's remote location with no shops in walking distance. Everything about this place is incredible!! The third party we booked through had the address incorrect so we initially got lost (if only we paid attention to their well marked signs and not relied on the GPS). The gentleman at the front desk drove to the main road to meet us in the rain to make sure we found the place ok. They were so friendly and accommodating. They had some great recommendations.
