⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ A Hidden Gem Where You Feel Like a Greek God Staying at John’s Houses is unforgettable. Perched on a windy hilltop, the studio feels like discreet privilege—like being Onassis’s grandchild—with the whole island spread at your feet. The silence is deep, broken only by soft Greek winds as you sit on your terrace, gazing at the endless Aegean and the turquoise cove below. The studio is simple, spotless, elegant: a comfortable bed, perfect AC, daily housekeeping. Yet it’s the feeling that matters—time slows, and you discover a secret corner of the world. With a motorbike you reach Koufonisi village, Pori Beach—one of the most spectacular beaches we’ve seen—or four side-by-side coves, each more beautiful than the last. Depending on the wind, you can always find calm, shallow water. Fanos Seaside Bar became a ritual: arrive before noon for an umbrella (€25), swim in bright turquoise water, then return for cheese, Greek salad, grilled calamari, and a glass of tsipouro. Smooth Brazilian-style lounge music plays, like a secret celebrity party in LA or Miami, as you slip between sea, meze, and sun until the horizon glows. Riding back uphill, you may spot a private helicopter by a distant villa—a detail that underlines the quiet privilege here. Then a cool shower, a glass of wine, sunset on your terrace. Later, Koufonisi village waits with tavernas and shops. The owners, Manolis and Tonia, with their children John and daughter, embody warmth. When we needed wine, fruit, and water delivered, Manolis drove it himself without hesitation. Tonia was always in touch, answering every question with genuine care. Their kindness defines this place. At night, the sky erupts with stars. Lying on the terrace’s built-in beds with cushions and pillows, you feel like a Greek god at a private symposium, counting falling stars like magical rain. Tip: we stayed in the front-row studio far left when facing the sea—queen bed, unobstructed views, the most magical spot. Other front-row studios are just as wonderful, while the second row is equally serene thanks to the slope. This is understated luxury without pretension—a private retreat of beauty, calm, and kindness. We cannot wait to return.

Perfect stay at Johnny’s. High quality attention to detail. Manolis and Antonia excellent hosts, very helpful. They offered transportation from the port and back. Peaceful, clean, comfortable with amazing view. We will be back!

More than 5 stars! The view, the decor, the hospitality — everything was amazing. The room is newly renovated but still keeps the charm of traditional Cycladic architecture. Thank you for everything!
