From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this hotel offers something far beyond the ordinary. The entire Team made me feel instantly welcome — warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about hospitality. Every interaction was thoughtful, and their attention to detail was impeccable.

The food was an absolute highlight.

The service throughout my stay was flawless. Every request was met with efficiency and a smile, but more than that, the staff anticipated my needs before I even voiced them. That level of care is rare and deeply appreciated.

The rooms were a perfect blend of comfort and design — spacious, serene, and tastefully decorated.

We loved our stay here. All staff was incredible—especially Julia, Elani, and Koralia. They went above and beyond to ensure our we had an excellent stay. Alexandra from laundry even cleaned my wife’s dress and got a big ink stain out of it so that she could wear it again on our trip. The food was delicious, and the room was beautiful. We would highly recommend this resort.

Special Notes: They coordinated a rental car through the Motopower agency in the area at affordable pricing. We were met right on arrival with our ferry and picked up the car immediately, much easier than the process on our arrival to Paros and walk over to a rental agency. We would strongly recommend renting a car here in Naxos and the Laguna Coast Resort made it easy! They made reservations for us at a restaurant on a busy night and updated our ETA when we were running late! We arrived to a full restaurant with our table ready. One of my favorite moments was sitting with Julia on our arrival as she went through a map of Naxos, high-lighting and annotating all the best spots across the island. Some of them ended up being our very favorite stops...

From the moment we were picked up (super quickly!) at the port, we knew we were in for something special. Laguna Resort is tucked away in a scenic, peaceful spot just outside the main town – a collection of private villas and sleek rooms set around a beautiful lagoon-style waterway.||The rooms are brand new, super modern, and really well thought out – comfy, stylish, and everything you could need. We especially loved the local bathroom products – such a nice touch and smelled amazing!||One of the real highlights was the reception team. They were always on hand via WhatsApp and honestly couldn’t do enough for us. Big shoutout to Julia, Eleni, and Koralia – you made everything so easy and welcoming.||Breakfast was great with a solid variety to choose from each morning – definitely something for everyone.||If we had to nitpick, the beds were a bit on the firm side for our liking – but that’s just personal preference.||All up, a beautiful and relaxing stay.
