Very disappointing experience! The room was nothing like the photos or the description. We booked expecting a comfortable stay, but ended up in a villa in the middle of nowhere – it honestly felt like being in the desert. On top of that, the reception is not even in the hotel itself, and we only found this out a day before arriving. There was a complete lack of communication, and the manager was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful when we tried to address the issues. A surprising property, somewhat spread out, and connected by sandy paths. Executive Villa 2 was where we stayed, and this was the furthest from reception, pool and breakfast room. Bottled water was not replaced and requested items were not delivered, with no apology. An excellent bus service stops at the bottom of the hotel drive - either going to the beaches in one direction or into town the other way. Our stay at the luxurious Rhapsody Villas was absolutely exceptional! The villas combine elegance, comfort, and true luxury, with every detail carefully designed.
