Livadi Studios — Hotel in Municipality of Naxos and the Lesser Cyclades

Is the best place to stay in Schinoussa. Big and clean rooms or studios one minute from Livadi beach. The only thing that you are going to need is a swimsuit if you are the type of travelers that wants to relax without doing anything. Nice sandy beach with trees to protect you from the sun. The city center is about 15 min on foot but you can take the local bus to get you there. The room is fully equipped and as a welcome drink the owners offer you traditional raki with honey to drink (you will find it on your room). There is also in every room a small balcony to sit. You can have also breakfast is the tavern Livadi. But don’t forget to have a taste also their dishes and specialty the local Fava. We had the most relaxing vacation and for sure we are planning to come...

Our family (me, my wife & our daughter) visited Schinoussa and stayed in Livadi rooms during the first days of July (2-10) of 2016. The owners were extremely kind and friendly. They picked us from the port and they gave us a comfortable and well decorated studio to live in. The studios are near the beach (20-40m). They also own a tavern which is placed exaclty near the rooms (working hours: 09.00-22.00). Great food and very reasonable prices. The beach is sandy with many trees, so you almost never need an umbrella. It is also almost never that windy (location: southwest). We recommend this place (beach, rooms, restaurant) as maybe the best place...

Calling this place home, could have happen because it is a unique beachfront location, on the beautiful and peaceful Livadi beach, of the amazing island of Schinoussa. Or because the rooms are spacious, well maintained, beautiful and with relaxing terraces, with great sea views. Or because the resturant's delicious food, is cooked with love by the owners, in the cleanest kitchen ever. Or even because all of them are the friendliest people in this business. But it is not. It is not because, any reason of the above -not even all together- can make you feel by description only, the unique feeling of actually being there!...
