Borealis Sea Side Villa — Hotel in Municipality of Nea Propontida

The villa is quite nice. It's up the hill where you have an amazing view of the sea and it is literally 2 mins walk from the beach. Not to start with the villas inside. on the ground floor you have a kitchen with a dining area as well as resting area and a full bathroom. the kitchen has a fridge, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave and also utensils and some pots. however, something that we noticed is that there is no frying pen which is really a big minus when you want to do x for breakfast. a good plus however, is that they have a Nespresso machine so if you bring your own coffee you can make it there. The dining area has eight plastic chairs which I personally do not like because they feel very cheap and a good big table. so you can gather around and have a nice meal. the resting area has a nice big L-shaped couch with a TV and a coffee table. right outside there is a big patio with another big patio l-shaped couch with a table, couple of chairs and couple of sun chairs with sun umbrellas as well as a small fire bbq. on the mezzanine level or the sub level there is the little gym. the gym has a treadmill couple of weights as well as the elastics and pretty much the essentials to do some basic exercise or yoga. there is also another full bathroom with a washing machine. then there is a bedroom with a full bed as well as a small crib for a child/ toddler or up to 10-12 y.o.. there is also another bedroom with another full bed. between the rooms there is a whole way area which is like a playground with a lot of toys and a lot of things the kids could to keep busy with. the only downside of the mezzanine floor is that there are no windows and airing. the rooms is quite hard so we kept one AC on almost all the time so the room wouldn't get stale air. from the masonine level there is a separate entrance which gets up to the patio on the ground floor. the top floor which is like the first or second floor. whatever you want to call. it has one full bathroom two bedrooms with full beds. one of them has a TV as well and a balcony that looks over to the sea and also there is another children's bedroom with a bed and huge balcony as well.

we were a company of six people, no kids and we really liked the Fila. it was patient, it was clean. it was nice and it had almost everything we needed for our vacation. however, it was clear to see that this villa is targeting 2-3 families with young kids or young teens. surrounding the villa there is a parking lot in the bag that will fit up to five cars. I assume on the front there is a patio that goes down to the beach with the stairs on the side and a private shower so you don't get sand into the house when you are coming back from the beach and something worth noting is that in close proximity there is a children's play club so if you are looking for something quiet, keep in mind that the kids stay active up until 11:30 p.m. so you might be enjoying a cocktail on the patio and hearing kids screaming in...

Vila was perfect, we were 3 couples with 4 kids. Beach was on 2 minute walk and we have enjoyed our stay at maximum. Plenty room for kids to play and for us to relax on the front table. Everything was perfect, definitely...
