Haus Niko — Hotel in Municipality of Nea Propontida

We stayed as a family in Niko's house from 15.7. to 27.7.2023. years. The apartment is extra neat, the cleanliness is at the highest level, we used the apartment with a separate bedroom, it is extremely comfortable, practically equipped, The equipment in the kitchen is complete and more. Everything that was announced to have was in the apartment, the beds are extra comfortable, everything is perfect. I must especially emphasize the kindness of the owner Eleni, which so far in these 15 years of vacationing in Greece I have not had the opportunity to feel, all praise for the decoration of the exterior of the house, with taste and in the Greek style that I particularly like. The most decorated house I have been in, one big BRAVO. The beach is close and it is correct, The villa has its own beach items that are available to the guests. The sunbeds are a little further and we used them. We didn't like the color of the sea there, so we went to Kallithea to swim, we are used to the color of the Ionian sea. Otherwise, the place is small and correct, especially for families with small children. The church of St. George in the old part of Potidea, which we visited and which I recommend, is beautiful. The children were delighted with the ice cream from the bakery near the pump. We swam the entire beach to the canal and the most beautiful stretch when it comes to the beach in Potidea is in front of Villa Niko, a beach without deckchairs. All praise for the ambience, cleanliness, arrangement of the outside of the house and the apartments themselves. And one more thing, the house has house rules that are publicly displayed, so you have peace of mind, which I particularly liked. We, the family of four, visited Haus Niko in late August 2019. Previously, we directly communicated with Eleni, the manager, who provided us with the options for our stay, including different rooms, photographs, and explaining all about the accommodation and the town. Just like the prior communication, the very stay proved the same. The villa is not big, but is beautifully arranged and maintained, with incredible details and lots of plants. The common area is cozy and allows the visitors to sit around and/or dine and any time of the days (the stove and grill are a part of it). Eleni also pointed out that we could use their umbrellas for the beach, which was very helpful. The rooms were clean - not big, but right the way they should be. Same goes for the bathrooms - separate shower and sink. Being at the basement, the place was warm, so we had to run the AC often, and that was about the only downside (and yet, the daily high was every day above 35 degrees, so that explains it). The beach is 150 meters away, which allows for frequent visits to the apartment (if needed). Eleni was very helpful, attentive and proactive the entire time and we felt like at home. Dear Travelers, Please note that this place I highly recommend to families with babies and with older children due to few things: Eleni (host of this House) and her family are very very kind people. They are wiling to help anytime for anythings, also they are very kind and hospitality Very close to the Sandy beach, only 50-70meters (2-3mints) Sandy beach is clean and looks like a private beach of people who leave close to it Sea is very nice and it is not cold (during Aug for sure) and it is good for children, because it is not to deep in the first 20meters House Niko is so beautiful place and everytime you will have real feeling of staying at Greece Biggest Apartment, where I had stayed with my family, is very nice and clean with good and big 2 balconies Position of House Niko is very good on Halkidiki, because it is positioned in the center and it is easy to go anywhere within Halkidiki from that place
