Extremely Disappointing Experience!

I recently visited this establishment with high hopes of enjoying a pleasant meal during our holiday. However, our experience turned out to be nothing short of a nightmare.

My fiancé and I placed an order, but when our food arrived, mine was okay but my fiancé's was completely different from what he had ordered. We politely informed our waiter about the mistake, hoping for a simple resolution. The waiter escalated the matter to his boss.

What followed was a shockingly unprofessional and disrespectful interaction with the so-called "boss." Despite our calm demeanor, he immediately accused my fiancé of using inappropriate language, which was completely untrue. In fact, my fiancé remained composed throughout the exchange.

Despite our attempts to de-escalate the situation and express our willingness to pay for the incorrect order and leave, the "boss" continued to berate us with offensive language. It was a distressing experience that completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing holiday meal.

The lack of customer service skills demonstrated by the restaurant staff, particularly the behavior of the "boss," is utterly unacceptable. No customer should ever be subjected to such unprofessionalism and rudeness. We came to enjoy our time, and instead, we left feeling humiliated and disheartened.

I urge anyone considering dining at this establishment to think twice. The way we were treated reflects a severe disregard for customer satisfaction and basic decency. It's unfortunate that what could have been a minor misunderstanding was exacerbated by the "boss" who lacks the skills to manage customer concerns.

Worst experience! A couple of days ago we went with friends to eat, we won’t be back. Firstly, out of a large selection of starters, only 2-3 were available, I ordered fries. Secondly, when I asked for coffee frappe, which was on the menu, they told me, and I quote, “We are a fish restaurant, we don’t make coffee... well, okay, I’ll go get you a bar". Are you kidding me?! Staff is friendly and helpful. First night I had a mix sea food and i loved it. There were some fish, calamar, muscles and shrimp on my plate. They are making great grilled king prawn. I love it.
