ONLY ONE STUDIOS AND SUITES — Hotel in Municipality of Nea Propontida

This is a great plea so stay. It's two minutes from the beach and five minutes from the center of town. The location great. It's new, clean and quiet. I feel they still have a few bugs to work out though. The hot water ties forever to heat up and doesn't last long. The drains in the shower need to be cleaned more regularly because the shower floods the whole bathroom even when taking a short shower. The beds are comfortable, but they never provide top sheet for you to sleep with. Only One Apartment, people want sheets to sleep with! Also, the free wifi is so very difficult to connect to. The signal is so weak within the room that using the smart TV was out. Half the time I was using my own data to watch h TV on my tablet. For such a nice, modern, new place, it was a let down to have such difficulties with...

Very disappointing accommodation. It was charged as an apartment, yet all the beds are crammed into one very small room where it’s nearly impossible to move between them (see photo below). The apartment is not in a house, but in an improvised garage. When we arrived, we were greeted by trash right in front of the apartment. The dishes were sticky, and the pots were stored next to the trash bin, with a puddle of water leaking from the drain right beside them. The bathroom window opens directly into the kitchen, which is completely unhygienic. The space has only a skylight, and the kitchen is so makeshift and cramped that someone slightly larger wouldn’t even be able to pass through.
