Villa Elias — Hotel in Municipality of Platanias

Exceptional visit to Villa Elias - we had 10 days at the villa. Superb spot to hang out and see this side of the island of Crete or chill with your own beach just outside the flat or under an umbrella by the pool. The apartment has everything you need for a great visit- washing machine, dishwasher loads cooking utensils. The terrace is a gorgeous place to rest in the shade chilling. The lounge is comfortable and the WiFi super fast. Hot water abundant and the bed is very comfortable. Heaps hanging space. Parking just outside - and restaurants just down the road. BE CAREFUL : Total scammer !!!

Elias offered us to stay at his place through HomeExchange. The description of the flat was totally different than the reality… the flat was still under construction. He asked us to pay 66€ more for the electricity and cleaning straight when we arrived. He lied on about everything : no hot water, no light, no living room, no dining table, very dirty plates and floor, not even a proper cover, and bed sheets were also used…

Beautiful rental in Crete!!! This suite is gorgeous, it's in the Leptos Comples (a lovely resort complex) walking distance to Aphrodite Beach. The rental was clean, well maintained, and had comfortable furniture.

Literally a few steps to the beach! Amazing! The complex also has a great pool that is designed like a beach, with a slow and shallow entry, perfect for little kids.
