On arrival we had a mini bar, a welcome bottle of wine and some snacks. Which after travelling for over 13 hours it was really welcome ! Although no beer in the mini bar which I think would be a welcome addition. The hotel itself is brand new and beautiful, it gives you a boutique, no expenses spared feeling. The main pool is lovely although a bit chilly this time of year, plenty of sun beds. I imagine in peak season, with a full hotel it would still be easy to get a seat. Probably owing to a few rooms having their own plunge pool! The outside shower and toilets are pieces of art, great outdoor We stayed in room 112, premium room with plunge pool, lovely decor, everything you would need, add a couple of bedside cabinets and mat for when you exit and enter the outside/pool area. The mini bar was restocked occasionally and a bottle of water left. If I was coming back I would ask for a pool room with a slight different lay out. Others had the door exiting the room onto a patio area with chairs and then the pool, where as our door opened straight into the pool, it meant that you couldn’t squeeze out the few extra minutes of sun as there was no where to sit, the room did have an area which appeared to be wasted which in would have made a patio. you will be really happy in any of the rooms. The bed was very comfy and we slept really well, no expense spared when it came to the bed, We paid for bed and breakfast, the breakfast is an impressive display as you walk into the restaurant. Lots of choice, good quality, great coffee! We had lunch and dinner at the hotel, initially I was taken back by the cost but it pretty standard throughout Rhodes, so eating here is a must. huge portion sizes, after a large breakfast. Beef Burger and a club sannies is recommended ! The bar is well stocked but owing to it being down season there was never much of an atmosphere. Drinks were ok priced, I felt like if it was cheaper we probably would have drank more. Maybe a happy hour before dinner.? Couple of pints and you have to stay for dinner. A beer was 6 euros which I guess isn’t bad, but walk 15 mins onto the strip you can get it for 3. Staff have been great, happy to help, the one change I would make to the dining experience is, Breakfast. Allow people to get there own coffee, sometimes it took them a little while to bring a drink, if you allow people to use the coffee machine it’s likely that it would speed up service and reduce the fatigue on the staff who have many jobs to manage. The maids were friendly but, we didn’t get clean towels even when left on the floor as per instructions, if you used a wine glass as an example it wasn’t replaced with a clean one, until maybe a few days later when they realised. The room was clean but we did experience damp linen on the bed. We did spend a lot of time out of the room which would afford maids plenty of time to make the room Maybe a tick list for each room to ensure we have everything as when they first entered. plenty of parking available at the hotel.

We had a lovely stay at Eleonas Hotel & Spa. The property has been recently renovated to a high standard, and it really shows. The pool is great with sun all day, the beds are very comfortable, and the gym is well equipped. The spa was a real highlight - friendly staff, nice facilities (small pool, steam room, sauna), and very reasonably priced. There’s also yoga twice a week, which is a nice touch. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice (continental, pastries, eggs, bacon, etc.), and the WiFi was strong throughout the hotel. A special mention to the reception staff, who were always very kind and helpful. The hotel was also very clean throughout our stay. Pool rooms at the back of the hotel are particularly good for sun until sunset. Taxi to/from the airport was €25. Taxis to/from Rhodes town are about €20. A few areas could be improved: service from the restaurant/bar staff was inconsistent - drinks and food often took a long time to arrive, even when it wasn’t busy, and some staff came across as quite rude. The hotel is also fairly remote: there’s a small shop within 10 minutes’ walk and a supermarket in about 15, but the nearest area with restaurants is a 20–40 minute walk depending on where you go. Balconies don’t have much privacy due to see-through screens, and dinner at the hotel felt overpriced for the quality. Overall, it’s a stylish and relaxing place to stay with great facilities, but service and location might not suit everyone.

We had the most amazing stay at Eleonas boutique hotel, it was immaculately and beautifully decorated, rooms cleaned every morning. All the staff were so friendly including Nikolas and Eda from the bar, the breakfast was amazing every morning and so was lunch, we rarely eat at the same place twice but we ate lunch here 4x. You never had to rush to get a sun bed in the morning, we had one of the large cabana beds every day. The gym was great, me and my partner used it a few times and I tried yoga one morning too, the yoga instructor was fantastic, I’m pregnant and she was very accommodating for me. Would love to come back, it’s a little bit of a walk from Lalysos and Ixia around 10mins before you reach the supermarket but it’s luxurious feel makes up for that :)

We had an enjoyable time at Eleonas hotel the facilities are stellar and brand new, although surprisingly for a newly opened hotel the service was lacking unfortunately.

The pool, restaurant and gym facilities are all incredible and top notch. We had two rooms (as one had sold out), the jacuzzi room with rooftop terrace was incredible and we really enjoyed it, and the garden room also extremely comfortable the beds are a delight.

On the service side, unfortunately every interaction I had with staff basically was negative. In the morning for breakfast, it was always a struggle to get drinks (no juice or water provided without service), one waiter I asked for drinks proceeded to nod, clean two tables, deliver a couple their drinks and then disappear. When we went down from our room to order a bottle of rosé to takeaway, they said no problem we’ll deliver that despite us wanting it there and then. We were then hit with a 10 euro delivery charge - when challenged they brought the actual waiter to us in some kind of stand off, and refused to remove the charge - very unprofessional. These kind of small poor service things do add up and sadly leave a salty taste in your mouth, when any other hotel of this calibre would have rectified all these requests or issues immediately. As we changed rooms mid way through our stay and check out at 11am (again, this should be 12pm for any similar calibre hotel) we had late check out as communicated with them yet we had two intrusions in our room in this time.

The hotel is great, food wonderful, the rooms are carefully curated and the pool is huge however the poor service sadly is a down point on Eleonas. If they fix the service issues this would be a top hotel...

This hotel was a nice hotel. A small hotel, quiet, out the way. It was nice enough. Pool area was nice, breakfast was nice.

We have a slightly different experience to the reviews previously left which we based our booking of this hotel on, and so thought it only fair to comment a few negative points for any people to consider who may want to book here.

We lost things from our room after cleans that were nowhere to be found, and we knew had likely been taken. It took them 3 days for a manager to speak to us (as she did not work Sundays), it happened Saturday and we were only addressed about it on the Tuesday when leaving without any apology or admittance - she did “pay” for our dinner meal which we appreciated, but wish this was done sooner. Instead she insisted this could not have been the case even though the items were never found. The items were only small (makeup) and not expensive although I would be very wary about what is left in rooms and use the safe. We are hoping it was accidentally thrown away or something.

The breakfast was nice. The bar was nice. The drinks were lovely as was the barmaid, although one night we went to the bar (which shuts at 11) and refused a drink at 10:40pm as it had been cleaned up.

The location has nothing around it and you will need a car, taxi, or be willing to walk 30 minutes to anything.

Despite the above comments, staff were nice, serviceable, esp the barmaid who did the evening drinks (maybe Maria(?)). She made lovely cocktails which were definitely not watered down whatsoever and you knew you got what you paid for!

We are hoping we only had a one off experience as all the other reviews...
