Family House Studios — Hotel in Municipality of Rhodes

After visiting this place many many years and having fab fab times would just like to comment that we will NOT BE RETURNING, it's a Family run business and the Reception my Husband got this time is totally unacceptable, because we didn't buy FOOD and BEER ALL DAY they didnt like it, it is SC Apartments so you can come and go as you please, they do not like it when you spend all day round the POOL and go to your rooms to eat and drink, they had a big Arguement with my Husband on our 3rd week in front of a Visitor that had just arrived, for her to witness that was Disgusting, 🤬🤬🤬🤬 , they think you tell people to go Eat n Drink at Mike's Bar just at the end of their Driveway, and they do not like that, we had booked for Family House but we got put in Maria's apartments next door, to which I'm glad we was there as Maria n George are Absolutely Fantastic, like I've said its SC facilities so we shall eat n drink where we want, they also keep check on how many drinks you have and watch you like Hawks, because of the Arguement they have told us not to BOOK TO STAY THERE AGAIN, weve spoke to many Holiday Makers that stayed there n they said that they had frosty reception when they turned up, also some have said they would not return there, 1 family that was there visiting family with their children got TOLD TO KEEP THE CHILDREN QUIET and to keep them in the baby pool 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 but yet there was a family with 2 boys whom could jump off the baby pool into big pool and nothing got said, if your face fits then your in, if not your picked on, will definitely be spending our Money on somewhere worth more than this place in future, FALIRAKI we shall return just not to this APARTMENT, apart from that we had a Brilliant 4weeks with Maria, George n all the Family at Mike's Bar Yiannis Dimitras you are the Best...

Lovely apartments run by Tuilla, Stamos, Billy, Michael and Savva. Cleaned twice weekly with linen change.

Pool is clean and plenty of sun loungers available, pool bar serving food and drinks reasonably priced.

Supermarket just 2 minutes away, two bars just around the corner. Many restaurants and bars within 5 minutes walk, 10-15 minutes walk to the beach and Faliraki centre.

Ladiko Bay and Anthony Quinn Bay are about 40 minutes walk away, the little train is 8 euro return to Kalithea Springs. You can get bus or water taxi to Rhodes Town and there are many boat trips from Faliraki Harbour. A visit to the beautiful Symi Island and Panormitis Monastery is recommended, full day trip €29.

I stayed at Family House apartments Faliraki in June for two weeks and will be returning again...

Family house is just that. A small complex run by 1 family. Its on the out skirts of Falaraki (about a 15 minute walk) to the strip. Meaning peace and quiet but not too far away from all the bars etc .. This complex is run by a family of 3 brothers and wives. They are the most helpful, polite and caring family who helped and booked the best restaurants in town for us. Couldn’t do enough for us. The pool bar is also lovely and super cheap with a spar around the corner for all your self catering needs. Will definitely return to...
