Stayed September 2025, Half Board, Room 33 for 7 nights. |Initially I wasn’t sure what to expect after reading mixed reviews on here.|Journey from the airport is quick and painless, literally 10 mins in a taxi.|Upon arrival we were greeted by George who checked us in, and I used this time to pay the tourist tax and air conditioning charge. Not a problem. He then helped us with our bags up to our room. |Couldn’t fault the room, big comfy bed, roomy balcony with provided ashtray for those that smoke, a full size fridge, loads of storage and hangars for clothes, and a fan for those that don’t want the air conditioning.|Wifi is limited to within the bar / lounge area, which wasn’t a problem for me. |Breakfast was more than adequate, and you have to choose your dinner options at breakfast for the following evening. Now I can honestly say that we ate here for dinner all 7 nights that we stayed, and we found the food and the options fantastic. The cheese pie was divine, and the onion soup was an absolute secret weapon!! |The lunch menu is chargeable, but not expensive and really good. I highly recommend the gyros or any of the burgers on the menu. Sensational! |The bar is very well stocked and there are lots of options to suit all tastes. |Didn’t use the sun-beds but there seemed to be plenty for all the guests that were staying at the hotel. |Maria who runs the little shop on site is fab too, she is very knowledgeable on the local area and is very helpful. |Entertainment at the hotel runs Monday-Friday, with there being bands, karaoke, bingo and quizzes and is very professionally done.|One thing I will say is how hard all of the staff here work to give their guests the best holiday experience here and it shows. Having seen it for myself, I fully understand why people come back year after year. |And the guests. Let me tell you this hotel has the best guests. I met so many amazing people from all walks of life and backgrounds, and it was fantastic spending time with them. |I won’t go into detail about the facilities in Pastida as I don’t feel it is relevant to this review. |The hotel is quite close to a military airbase so you do get the occasional low flying military helicopter. |The chickens can be noisy in the morning, and some guests mentioned road noise but i’m a heavy sleeper, I didn’t find it a problem.||If you want peace and quiet and good value for money, this absolutely is the hotel for you. ||So thank you George and team because we had the best holiday, and the best experiences and we can’t wait to see you...

The tv has two english language channels BBC world news and Euronews.|We took the bus one morning into Rhodes town 3 euros each took about an hour, however the bus back is not very often 8.30 bus in, 11.30, 15.15 then 20.00 back!!|In summary if you just want to get up have a poor breakfast then lounge around until your limited choice for dinner then sleep then repeat all your stay then this hotel is for you, however if you like a varied food choice the option to eat out at many resteraunts visit different bars and browse plenty of shops then this is definetly not for you.|I have read many reviews about this hotel saying people go back year after year and I really for the for this life of me...
Read moreStumbled across this and booked 4 weeks before based on the Trip Advisor reviews which are amazing. ||We booked B&B and that was enough. Very basic food but fills a morning hole. Choice of breakfasts with the addition of toast, cake, cereal and the odd piece of fruit. ||Did not see the evening meal options but by what others said it was a take it or leave it affair which most left. ||The lunchtime snacks were cheap and cheerful. ||The hotel is very dated, the rooms are small but it is immaculately clean throughout. ||The surrounding village has a few really nice tavernas to eat at very reasonable prices for what you get and in less than a 10 minute walk away. ||There is a lovely bakery and a great little supermarket in the village too. ||The staff at the hotel are so friendly and really accommodating, nothing is too much trouble. Only went to the onsite shop once, lots of bits and the lady was lovely. ||If you’re looking for entertainment throughout the day and evening it’s not for you! ||The problem with this hotel is the repeat guests. |TAlk old and retired, they come and stay for months on end are a little on the hostile side to the 1 or 2 weekers or the first timers - it’s almost like they want to keep this place for themselves. . |The rule about not reserving sunbeds goes out of the window for them and they will set up the best beds with towels and pillows and not be seen until |Lunchtime. They are offered additional extras at breakfast that the newbies aren’t and are served drinks by the pool when none else is offered this. |It’s a lovely quiet place, if you laugh or talk in more than a whisper you are tutted at and glared at by them. |I’ve travelled extensively alone and with my family and partner but never have fellow travellers made me feel so uncomfortable. ||Would I come to the hotel again - yes. I’d give it one more chance hoping that it’s was just a one off but can|The staff need to get a handle on this before it gets to be a major problem for them and becomes a “time share”...
