Iskas Evilion Hotel — Hotel in Municipality of Rhodes

I was saddened because the place was real decent and I would even stay there again. Truly! The location is real nice close to the beach and a great bakery that would take you months to get bored of.

However, the cleaning person trashed my travel soaps before I could finish using them, and there was no indication that they were trash as they were on the window sill, less than arm's length away from the shower (which did not have a soap shelf), hence the window was the closest place to the shower to keep soap in a convenient place.

When I asked her where she put my soap she lied and said they were empty, so she trashed them. But the window is not the trash, and I know for myself I did not finish the soaps I had JUST opened! That means she did not even check if they were empty.

She should know not to trash things that are not clearly trash. She could have figured I would know the truth about what I am using on a vacation when I have limited resources I brought myself to use. It is true, I like to use my things. That is why I bought them.... Mistakes happen, but I felt disrespected by her back to back.

Just make sure you put a sign in Greek somehow that reads to throw out only the trash can trash and nothing they might "believe"...

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo hotel che definire sporco è eufemistico per sette notti. Essendo in nove ragazze abbiamo prenotato tre stanze con cucinino e bagno da tre persone ognuna. Quando siamo giunte alla struttura la proprietaria, successivamente rivelatasi non disponibile e maleducata, ci ha accolte dandoci le chiavi delle stanze. A partire dalla hall polverosa, le stanze erano decisamente sporche: pavimenti neri con sabbia, terra e similari, sedie e tavoli sporchi, frigo e cucina pieni di grasso e macchie gialle, oltre che incrostazioni. In aggiunta, lenzuola con capelli, asciugamani umidi e maleodoranti, talora macchiati, bagni e docce in condizioni pietose. Il doccino non poteva essere appeso, la tenda della doccia era ottima per allagare l’intero bagno e lo stendino per la biancheria ci ha sporcato i panni di ruggine. In uno degli appartamenti erano presenti delle unghie. Inoltre, quando una sera abbiamo avuto la brillante idea di fare una pastasciutta, abbiamo fatto una celere scoperta: pentole sporche con uova dentro. Una volta acceso il gas è saltata la corrente. Posate e bicchieri inavvicinabili, appartamento decisamente non fornito. Senza dubbio la struttura è economica e questo giustifica l’ambiente vecchio e decadente, decisamente non è concepibile lo sporco, incluso di escrementi di gatto in reception. Reception che, per aumentare la sicurezza, è sempre vuota. Le porte restano costantemente spalancate, giorno e notte. A parte lo sporco, inconcepibile, la titolare è dotata di una maleducazione particolarmente gratuita: una sera abbiamo scordato le chiavi nell’appartamento (le porte si chiudono senza) e, nonostante l’orario fosse uno di quelli in cui la reception doveva essere aperta, in struttura non era presente nessuno. Dopo ingente fatica nel metterci in contatto con la titolare, quest’ultima ci ha maleducatamente risposto che le chiavi sono una nostra responsabilità e ci ha chiesto per quella ragione le avessimo lasciate in casa. È venuta a portarcele quasi un’ora dopo. Quando la terza sera il misfatto è capitato nuovamente, la riposta è stata che non meritiamo le chiavi e non ci è stata data la possibilità di rientrare in casa fino alle ore 9: 30 del mattino seguente. |Infine, come celere conclusione, dopo che era stata rubata una federa portata da noi da una delle camere, alla nostra ripartenza siamo state accusate di aver rubato due lenzuola che la cameriera non ci forniva da giorni (eravamo in nove con due valigie, dove avremmo dovuto metterle delle lenzuola??). Abbiamo proposto alla titolare di controllare i bagagli, non lo ha voluto fare, preferendo aggredirci, accusarci e non salutarci. Decisamente...
