We recently had the pleasure of staying at George and Sia's Guesthouse, and I can confidently say that it was an extraordinary experience that exceeded all my expectations. From the warm welcome to the impeccable attention to detail, Sia's hospitality truly made me feel like I was staying with dear friends. The guesthouse itself was a haven of tranquility and charm. The rooms were tastefully decorated, reflecting a perfect blend of modern elegance and cozy warmth.

Moreover, the guesthouse's location was ideal. Situated in a charming neighborhood, it provided easy access to nearby attractions. Sia was more than happy to provide recommendations and directions, ensuring that I made the most of my time exploring the area.

First of all, the location is great: 10 minutes from Paradisos beach and even less than that to the centre. The view is amazing, combined with a big terrace that looks at the beach and the sunset. Cleanliness is better than 5 star hotels with the rooms being cleaned every single day. And let me say, the Host - Sia is one of the most wonderful people I’ve met. There’s everything you would need for your stay from free beer and water provided with you coming to coffee and sweets. She also provided us with a free beach umbrella. In terms of the rooms, it has great working A/C, a fridge, a big comfy bed and comfy pillows, a decently sized bath and as I said, the terrace that overlooks the beach. You got a lot of spaces to park, so you shouldn’t worry about that. This being my 5th time to Neos Marmaras, I can confidently say that this is the best accommodation with the BEST host I’ve ever met....

Sia is a wonderful host with a truly professional approach to cleanliness. Her care and attention to detail bring a warm, welcoming atmosphere to the space. While the baroque furniture may not perfectly match the cozy vibe she creates, the overall feeling is one of comfort and thoughtful hospitality.
