Worst experience ever, i was never treated so badly. When we went to that place we asked before sitting down if they have vegan milk because one of our friends has lactose intolerance. We were assured by them that they have. We waited 20 minutes for them to take the order and i had to wave my hand to call them because they simply did not care. We went there in the morning to get a coffee. Unfortunately they do not have the coffee options in the menu so you don’t know how much you will pay for it and also you have to guess what options they have which is nonsense. After they took our order they came back in like 20 minutes and told us that “we dont have vegan milk anymore”, but the rest of the products were already made at that time and we did not want to be disrespectful and leave (unlike them) and we asked for a lemonade. She brought us the 3 coffees and we had to wait for the lemonade 10 minutes. The fun part comes now when after waiting for it we got a simple FANTA lemonade. And i told them that this is not lemonade… a fanta isn’t lemonade. And if it was just a bottle of fanta why did we have to wait for it. Nothing there makes sense and we were only like 3-4 tables there at that time so it wasn’t full to have excuses. It was disrespectful from their side and i would never go there again....

My experience at the Jellyfish restaurant was extremely disappointing, especially since I’ve known this place since it was just a tavern and witnessed its early success. I can’t help but compare this year’s experience to what it used to be.

Despite requesting a quiet table, the hostess seemed intent on seating us near the bar. The service was nearly non-existent, with significant delays, and to make matters worse, several items on the menu were unavailable, which was incredibly frustrating.

We ordered a bottle of wine and a simple pizza, but they also brought us bruschetta with whipped cream and a bottle of water that we never requested. To our surprise, we were charged an extra 10€ for these items! This kind of underhanded behavior is unacceptable and left us feeling cheated.

Having known this place since its beginnings, I don't recommend it, as I didn’t feel valued as a guest. If you do choose to go, be sure to double-check what you order and carefully review your bill for...

So i must explain why a gave such a low rating, greek salad and french fries were good. After ordering a lamb shoulder from my waiter 20 minutes later another waiter comes running and he gives me some kind of a fish filet and runs away, i called him but he was so fast, so, i managed to call my waiter and explained to bim that's not my ordered dish, he looks at it and take it away, then after 20 minutes he comes with some sort of a sausage, i am lookinxg at this meal and i can't beleve it, i know how a lamb chop or shoulder looks, ok, maybe they make some kind of a presentation but that was clearly a sausage. I refused to have that meal and they charged me for sausage of the price of a lamb shoulder. I was at all places in Neos Marmaras but this was one of worst experiences regarding restaurants, not because of a meal but the way they were handling...
