We stayed as 3 rooms for 6 days in Hotel Sweet Home. From the beginning of our stay, everything was well taken care.||||The rooms are wide and bright. They change the towels regularly and clean the rooms daily. Interior is really lovely. They have a wonderful garden with ceramic tables. Internet is very very good and free. It was the best we found in Halkidiki.||||Hotel's location is one of the best places. 2 minutes walk from the shops and restaurants but still silent. You don't have to climb to reach the hotel.||||They have an amazing breakfasts. The sweet part of the breakfast is changing everyday and they were all good. Our favourite is by far the cinnamon-honey dough product- loukoumades! The other pastries were different types of boureks and croissants with jams. The breakfast is pretty satisfying for people looking for a good breakfast. ||||But the very best about this hotel is the owners. They are really trying to make you feel like you are on your own home and they are a family business. We had a small battery problem for our car and it was solved within 5 minutes thanks to them. They are so helpful.||||Overall, best place to stay in Sithonia! We definitely want to...
Read moreThe room was clean, the bed was comfortable and we felt safe in this hotel as soon as we checked in. I really liked the owners' hospitality, the balcony, the wifi, the organized parking and the fact that the hotel is at the sea level in a town built on a hill, like an amphitheatre. If you ask at the reception, you are told how you can avoid climbing the narrow and steep streets by car (using the gps is not recommended in Neos Marmaras, otherwise you will feel like in a montaigne russe). The central position allows easy access to the beaches (the city beach and Paradisos beach), to the restaurants, to the port and to the shopping area as well. Near the hotel there is a minimarket and also a pharmacy.||Being a small family hotel, it doesn't have an elevator, so it's a bit difficult tot carry your luggage on the narrow stairs, but the owners offered to help and the stairs are, in fact, part of the charm of the place.||We only had breakfast in our first day, it was delicious, but, for our taste and morning habits, the "sweet and carb part" was too much, we would have liked a buffet, to choose...
Read moreThis small hotel was a very pleasant surprise. It has retained a lot of Greek village character in a village which has embraced increasing tourism and modernisation. We were met by the family who live at and run this small hotel who made us feel very welcome and cared for during our stay. Rooms were clean with balconies, bed very comfortable, fridge and TV provided. Breakfast was a delight with home made pastries and savouries delivered in a delightful court yard. The sea and centre were at the end of the road but it was quiet . If you are after somewhere with some Greek character rather than cosmopolitan anywhere in the world feel modern hotel, this could be the place for you. I travelled with 3 friends and due to reasonable prices we chose to have a room each which made it an...
