NOCE Luxury Villas Resort — Hotel in Municipality of Sithonia

We decided for weekend gateway last minute, and booked this property literally 12 hours before arrival. On such a short notice ofcourse was listed as nonrefundable reservation, however as we wanted to get away from home without kids, guess what, overnight our kid started vomiting, and the other couple of 3, their kid woke up at 6 am with high temperature 40 C and fever. So our plans for alone weekend and some fun and relax on the beach was ruined. We called the property and explain the situation and the hosts, it was EVI we spoke with, they show understand and it can happen and accepted to cancel our reservation and to wave the fees to booking. I cannot explain how much THIS ACTION SAYS ABOUT THIS PROPERTY, WE ARE THANKFUL, they could easily denied our request and charge us full price. I strongly RECOMEND this place just for that, because i am sure everyone will get great hospitality and comfort in their stay from such a hosts. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Noce Luxury Villas with my family.. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that these villas are brand new and absolutely adorable. The attention to detail in their design is evident, creating a charming and cozy atmosphere.

Cleanliness is a top priority at Noce Luxury Villas. Our villa was spotless upon arrival, and the high standard of cleanliness was maintained throughout our stay. It was incredibly reassuring to know that every corner was meticulously cared for.

One of the standout features of Noce Luxury Villas is how well-equipped they are. Every need we could think of was anticipated, from kitchen essentials to luxurious bedding. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into ensuring that guests have everything they could possibly need, no matter how small the detail.

Penny, the owner, and her staff truly went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. They showed genuine care for our comfort and were proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed. Their warm hospitality made us feel valued and well taken care of throughout our stay.

Our stay at Noce was excellent.

Wonderful place in nature with all the amenities a family needs. The village of Vourvourou is close by car where you can find supermarkets, cafes, bars, restaurants, taverns, etc. The nearest beach is Fava beach 1.4 km. In the area nearby there are the best beaches of Halkidiki such as Karydi beach 2.7 km, Lagonisi beach 9.5 km & Orange beach 20 km.

We had from our villa an amazing panoramic view of the sea. Especially in the afternoons we enjoyed the wonderful Greek summer sunsets by the pool. Our favorite spot was the terrace outside, while the kids loved the pool.

The owners Mrs. Evi & Mrs. Penny are incredibly kind, friendly and had a nice surprise for us. Also willing to help with anything we asked for were the staff Mrs. Dushi & Mr. Astrit.
