LIVIKO VIEW RENT ROOMS & APARTMENTS — Hotel in Municipality of Sitia

😊: Located far from tourist towns on the eastern coast of Crete, this small, quiet village features stunning beaches with crystal-clear water and white sand. We had a room with a central sea view, which included a living room with a kitchen and two single beds leading to a terrace, plus a separate bedroom and bathroom. Downstairs, there's a restaurant (the photo shows the rise of the red moon, full moon on July 22, 2024, from the restaurant's terrace). The stay was very successful, but the only thing that needs improvement is the air conditioning. There is one small air conditioner in the living room for all rooms, and unfortunately, it is not sufficient to cool all spaces during the summer temperatures. There's a ceiling fan in the bedroom, but it doesn't help much, so our nights were exhausting and somewhat sleepless due to the high temperature in the room. For this reason alone, I deduct as much as three stars. The rest would be a 10 relative to the price and description.. 😢: Air...

The kitchenette was well-equipped with everything needed to prepare a quick breakfast or dinner, making our stay even more convenient.

From the moment we walked into Liviko View Apartments and Restaurant we were made to feel like part of their family. Katarina and all of her staff are warm, friendly and professional. Service was excellent and the food was fresh and delicious. If we had to pick our favorite dishes then it would be the seafood risotto and the grilled sea bass. We even ordered lunch several times and had it delivered to the beach via there scooter delivery service. If you are in Xerokampos, Liviko View Apartments and Restaurant is a must!!!
