Staying at Loukia Studio & Suites in Syros was truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. The location is absolutely perfect: the bus drops you just 20 meters away, making it super convenient to get around.

The house itself is fantastic: beautifully renovated, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Whether you want to relax with a drink, cook your own meals, or just enjoy the atmosphere, it’s all there. There’s a store nearby for essentials, and the beach is just a short walk away, surrounded by charming restaurants and tavernas.

But what really makes this place special is the warmth and hospitality. The team was always responsive and helpful, and their mother is an absolute delight: a wonderful woman who made sure everything was in order. She even surprised us with homemade treats during our stay, which was such a lovely touch.

If you find this listing available, don’t think twice — book it! And if you’re considering visiting Syros, do it. It’s one of the most beautiful islands in Greece, and Kini is without a doubt the best place to stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful room, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. The space itself was immaculate, well-decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making it a perfect home away from home.

The location is ideal, situated in a vibrant yet quiet area, providing easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. It truly offered the best of both worlds - a peaceful retreat in the midst of all the action.

The service was outstanding. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming, always available to assist with any inquiries or needs. Their hospitality truly made a difference, and I felt valued and cared for throughout my stay.

Communication was seamless from start to finish. The hosts were responsive and proactive, providing all necessary information promptly and clearly. This level of professionalism and friendliness ensured a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Vi boede som familie (2 voksne og 2 børn i 20'erne) på Loukia i 6 nætter, og vi havde den mest fantastiske tid. Vi havde en stor lejlighed (stueplan) med lækkert nyt køkken (med opvaskemaskine), stue, 2 værelser - og 2 badeværelser samt stor terrasse - og selvstændig lydsvag aircondition i alle værelser. Alt var i top, gode madrasser, alt er nyt og velholdt - selv shampoo er langt over normal hotel standard. Da vi kom var der sat 6 flasker vand på køl til os og undervejs fik vi leveret både frisk frugt og æg fra egen hønsegård. Den fysiske kvalitet var i top - men service og imødekommenhed var endnu bedre. Den normale vært John var der ikke i den uge, men det var hans mor - Loukia - der ikke taler andet end græsk men som 100% beviste at kommunikation har intet med sprog at gøre - hun var helt fantastisk. Og John var hele tiden til at komme i kontakt med per telefon, hvis der var noget vi manglede. Vi har boet mange steder men aldrig følt os så velkomne som vi gjorde på Loukia. Vi vil definitivt bo der igen hvis vi returnerer til Syros. Kini er en skøn by til badning og kun 20 minutter fra hovedbyden med bus. Stedet kan bookes både som AirBnB, via booking.com og direkte - der kan godt være væsentlige...
