The villa owner is trying to intimidate us and our friends with threats of legal action simply because we decided to share a negative review. Such behavior is also unacceptable. We will initiate legal proceedings ourselves

We repeatedly informed the owner that if he continued to ignore our messages, we would have to describe the situation publicly – which we have every right to do as customers.

We have evidence supporting our review – including photos from the incident and an official police report documenting the break-in. It is therefore difficult to understand how the owner can claim that our statements are false.

It is not our fault that the burglary occurred – the property was not properly secured, and the owner never provided any information on how to protect the villa.

It’s unfortunate that the owner was so quick to respond publicly on Google, yet completely ignored our multiple messages and requests for information regarding the villa’s insurance and possible compensation.

WE WERE ROBBERED !!! Our stay at this villa ended with a break-in while we were away. The owner had insisted on booking directly (bank transfer + cash), and the property lacked even basic security measures – the alarm system wasn’t working, cameras only covered the front, and the back had no lighting at all. Throughout the stay, the owner repeatedly asked about our daily plans and when the villa would be empty.

On the final day, during the burglary, my parents actually caught the intruders inside. Although the owner was notified right away, he only called the police after arriving himself. Later he promised to check if the villa was insured and whether we could seek compensation, but for two months he ignored all our messages completely.

The whole situation felt highly suspicious, and we have serious doubts about the owner’s credibility. I would strongly advise against staying here – unsafe, irresponsible, and untrustworthy. On top of that, the owner eventually stopped responding to...
