To Psaraki – what a culinary revelation! After a gastronomic journey through Greece, Italy, Paris, and Dubai, To Psaraki effortlessly secured a spot in our top three dining experiences. It took us a while to discover this jewel, and a little insider tip: their head chef is a name to reckon with. But I'll leave the details as a surprise – just give the ever-so-friendly staff a nudge, and they'll share.

Situated in a prime location, the restaurant boasts breathtaking marina and sunset views. The ambiance is elevated further by their impeccable service, making every moment memorable. A unique highlight is the opportunity to gaze upon the day's fresh catch and handpick your dinner choice. As we perused the enticing menu, recommendations and choices became a delightful dilemma. We started with a sublime pairing of creamy silk burrata and the sweet, luscious Santorini cherry tomatoes. The vine leaves, wrapped meticulously, were a zesty and warm treat. Our main course, the freshly caught red snapper, became a spectacle as it was expertly cleaned and presented right at our table. Its simple grilled flavor, enhanced by its freshness, required minimal adornment. Yet, the lemon butter sauce accompanying it was the cherry on top, striking all the right chords.

The staff, beyond their warm welcome, were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout. Kudos, To Psaraki! We're already yearning for...

What an absolute joke of a bloody seafood restaurant here in Santorini! I come expecting the freshest fish from catch of the day this Greek island has to offer and instead I get the most disgusting piece of snapper imaginable. The flesh was chalky, bitter and you could tell it wasn't fresh at all. And don't even get me started on the flavor - it's like they dragged this fish behind the boat for a week before throwing it on the grill.

And I can't believe the lack of cleanliness in the kitchen. We're just about an hour and a half waiting for our mains to come out. When the snapper finally arrives, I take one bite and there's grill flakes all over it! Do these donkeys not understand basic food safety? Clean your equipment you idiots!

To top it all off, the waiters have all the energy and urgency of stale fish left out in the sun. No wonder it took nearly two hours for a couple plates of fish. And I should blooming well hope it's fresh being on a Greek island - but it's clearly not! Who are they kidding charging tourist prices for this garbage?

If this is one of best recommended Greek seafood this village has to offer then the whole place better start serving up Big Macs. This restaurant wouldn't know fresh fish if it slapped them round the face. It's no wonder they've still got customers at dinner time - nobody in their right mind would come back here twice....

Okay food, but bad service. When I asked the waiter a favour for the fries to be extra crispy, he looked very annoyed at me for a few seconds without saying anything and sighing.

I then told him I'd like mayonaise with my fries, instead of ketchup, and so did my girlfriend. He said this was alright. We didn't receive mayonaise with our fries, and had to ask two different waiters - so four times in total - before we got our mayonaise. By this time the fries were already too cold to enjoy..

Also we ordered bread with Tatziki, but when we got our bread it didn't have Tatziki which I thought was odd because it's normal to serve the bread with the sauce ordered. I thought they might have forgotten, so I told the waiter we ordered Tatziki with our bread. The waiter who acted strangely when I asked about the fries then starts walking to our table, all annoyed saying: "You ordered Tatziki, so it's coming? Okay?! It's coming."

Also, I ordered chicken Souvlaki which was still raw inside, atleast 3 out of 7 pieces. I didnt even care to tell them, because my experience with their services had been so bad. I did not feel welcome at all and will never return to this restaurant or encourage others to eat here.

Worst dinner experience we've had in...

If I could, I would leave 1000 stars on this place. We first came to Psaraki 9 years ago when it first opened, and were literally blown away by the how humble its origins were, the awesome view (over the little marina), and the how stupidly, stupendously incredible the food was. I myself am a meat-eater. Salad on the side, maybe. This place has fish so good, it could make me a pescetarian. The chef is hands down a genius. The salad is "oh my god", the starters are always fkin top-notch, and the service is excellent. We just went back to Santorini 9 years later, and were severely let down by the how the quality of the island has dropped in most areas, but thank God the only thing that changed at Psaraki is that they have more waiters!!! Food, still excellent, service still refreshingly good, prices, well bellow everything else on the island (especially for food which is so above-par). The only thing you need to know is that it's a little off the beaten track, but that's part of the appeal. It's so quiet and traditional, it's the only restaurant I think of when I think of"good good good food". Give it a shot, and you will guaranteed not regret it.I promise.

Amazing seafood! And it’s not just about the fresh ingredients, but the way it is cooked. This restaurant seems to operate based on reservations. Drop in is also fine (as we did), but you may not be guaranteed a table with a view of the bay & sea. We came during midday and it wasn’t very crowded, so it was fine for us. You can choose fresh fish by the kg (you can see the fish of the day) or something from the menu. There are also seasonal dishes not on the menu that the waiter can recommend. Do yourselves a favour and try out the codfish steamed with vegetables in white wine. It is an extraodinary dish, that most fine dining restaurants would definitely aspire to have. This dish is available on the menu. Another favourite off-menu dish was the chic pea sallad with grilled eel. Just amazing! Since it’s a dish based on availability, do not miss out on it if it’s available during your visit. The rest of the fish options are typically grilled similarly to most seafood restaurants. So try to have something more unique when you are here, you will not regret it!
