The hotel was generally pleasant and in good location (very close proximity to town, local shops, super markets and gas station). On a Covid related topic even though there were masks available and signs on keeping social distance we were not asked about wanting housekeeping and there was no indication that our bathroom was disinfected prior to our stay. On arrival we understood that there was a newly renovated building and an older building. It seemed that our room was on the older building which would definitely need a lot of renovation. On this topic it would be good for the hotel to indicate that from the start of the booking since on most booking sites the photos shown are taken from the new building and subsequently the new rooms. We didn’t really like the fact that there was such a big difference between the two buildings considering that price wise there wasn’t too much of a difference between a room with a balcony (which was located in the new building) and a room without one (old building). The building in general and specifically our room looked quite old and sometimes messy (we noticed a water bottle and towels were left on the stairs and corridors). The room looked clean and tidy even though the phone wasn’t working. The bathroom would definitely require a shower curtain, extra space to hang our towels and clean cups. Also the water pressure and temperature kept changing every few seconds which made it hard to have a proper shower. The whole building had very poor soundproofing resulting in literally hearing each person’s toilet flushing and shower. The bed sheets looked clean to a very standard level similar to the mattresses (not too comfortable but not unbearable either). Regardless, one excellent service we noticed is that the bathroom towels were changed each day...

They gave us a noisy room fan conly works on maximum low! Bathroom shower and toilet needed a good clean.. 2 toppers on top of the bed base will guarantee you get a bad back, toppers are not supposed to be put onto a bed base! Holes in sheets, marks on pillows.. damp marks on wall, pidgeon poo on balcony ledge and the balcony table/chair had seen better days...Not offering breakfast as part of the deal is stingy! When they did turn the aircon 2 days before we left many guests like us were coughing at night and we contracted covid! Not happy with this hotel... they don't seem bothered if you are there or not! Certainly NOT welcoming ... Avoid at all cost! I will be complaining to Hotels.com ... I really don't know how these hotels get away with it! If they had not stated Airconditioning we would have NOT BOOKED ! I told the lady on reception this and she made no comment... 8am on morning of check out, no one on reception ... so we just left keys on desk.. So...
Read moreDO NOT GO! This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It is run by couldn't care less staff, most of them covered in tattoos and dressed in tracky bottoms. The breakfast is appalling. the place is absolutely filthy. I booked a superior room, got a miniscule room with a balcony that was so tiny that once the table and chair were in place there was no room for me or my friend. When I complained, they said that they had actually upgraded me to a better room than the one I had booked which was an out and out lie. The pool area was filthy. There were horrendous leaks coming from the ceiling in most public areas. All they did was lay towels down on the floor. No health and safety whatsoever. Please see the photos. I paid £137 per night for this atrocity and then they asked for extra to get a greek coffee. I wish I could find just one thing nice to say about this place, but apart from the central...
