Avra Hotel — Hotel in Municipality of Tinos

Visited while island hopping with my daughter. We stayed just one night before taking the ferry back to Athens. We had a wonderful welcome, show to our room by a lovely hotel maid. Our room was just perfect, all the basics, working fridge, shower room, toiletries etc and then we opened the doors to the balcony....wow! Amazing view of the port, great for people watching. You can also have your breakfast in you room/balcony in the morning, this was such a treat. For the evening we popped to the local kiosk and bought some local wine and fresh treats from the bakery round the corner and watched the world go by from our balcony. |The decor is so interesting and really feels like you are stepping back in time. We stayed here for 3 nights in total and couldn't fault the accommodation at all. When we arrived we were unsure if we would be able to check in or not as it was still mid-morning, but they had no issue with us coming in early. Our room was beautiful and had a great view from the balcony of the port and Tinos town. We were able to take our breakfast onto the balcony in the morning and take in the view whilst eating. Reception and the hotels staff members were very informative and accommodating. Also, the beds were very comfortable and the room itself was perfect and suited our needs.
