Your room is not too small; it is clean; every facility works; it’s airconditioned and the beds are comfortable. …you can sleep to the sound of the sea – just 6 metres or so from your balcony. You have a shower with reliable hot water, space for your cloths and suitcases. There's a fridge, a kettle with cups and glasses, a balcony with table & chairs and a sunshade. There’s no TV, but most visitors to Agios Nikolaos wouldn't want one. …thank God! How many fancy boutique hotels and large 4-5 Star hotels fail to tick all these boxes. …but you still have to pay for their facilities, their décor, their lounges, the crowed swimming pool and imposed waiter services.

Indeed, it is, but it’s a room that’s in the best location – just 30metres or so from the magical harbour and centre of Agios Nikolaos. The atmosphere there is wonderful - be it breakfast time, lunchtime or evening. You have the clean, clean ocean as your swimming pool, a variety of superb, very reasonably priced restaurants and shops and you only pay for what you use.

You enjoy free of charge, the peace, the view, the location and facilities that only exclusive hotels can guarantee. A stay at Faros Rooms is fantastic value for money if only you have the awareness to fully appreciate how special Agios...

Discovered this delightful place 5 years ago and it is now our location of choice for our Greek holiday. We have been every year post covid, this is our third visit and there will be more. Stefania is a lovely host, the rooms are simple, spotlessly clean, en-suite bathroom, kettle and small fridge. All the rooms have sea views and it’s just a few minutes walk to the centre of the village where there are ample bars and tavernas which give plenty of choice. Sunbeds and towels are provided for guests use on the fabulous sun terrace directly outside with the best sea views. First of all the host Stefanie is a super host. She is very familiair with places with good food (E.g. Delicious) and also a great place to swim. The room was good. With a fridge and a water Cooker too. Also complementary coffee, Mill, sugar and water. My room had a balcony with seaview and I also used the sunbed and umbrella, for guests of Faros only.
