Best views of Skopelos Town and the Port! The apartments were very clean and the covered patios and furniture was fantastic! Ms Machi was wonderful to deal with, as was her daughter. Machi provided us with great information on where to rent a car, and some places to visit. We stayed for three weeks and never had an issue! There is a path down to town, but the return trip is steep, so we taxied it home after shopping trips or a big dinner, however my calves look great after many, many trips up and down. We sat on the patio every every evening to wind down and were serenaded until 2 am by the musicians at Castillo Teverna, which was also a great place to eat! I will stay no where else when I return! I read the negative reviews which intimidated me before going, but after staying there I would like to say that you are treated how you treat others. Also this is a foreign country, please take the opportunity to understand that restrooms and plumbing may different then where you are from. I was working remote and the WiFi was in and out, but it provided me with short 5 to 10 minute breaks every couple of hours from my laptop to just sit and enjoy the view...and watch the amazing maneuvering of the talented ferry captains! So please be patient and kind; look at these as opportunities to be present (sorry, I don't mean to preach...). Studios Mayorcah was a perfect place to live and absorb everything Skopelos! The balcony offered an unlimited view over Chora’s bay (each room has its own balcony and sitting furniture), so we had the opportunity to enjoy our breakfast in its shade. Our room was spotlessly clean and the bed was extra wide (1.90 m). Mrs Machi provided us with everything we requested (additional pillows and bedsheet). The property offers a small parking facility, which was very convenient since we rented a car for most of the days of our stay. Chora’s port was accessible on foot via stairs but the path was a bit steep so be careful with the footwear you choose. Breathtaking views from the apartment! The owner Machi is a really nice and welcoming. The apartment is nice, clean and very good price for value. Definitely recommended to book directly not on Booking or Airbnb. We went around the whole island but one of the most beautiful was the closest one, it’s only 15 minutes by walk (Paralia Glifoneri). The way up there can be very tiring, so better to rent a motorcycle, but pay attention because there is also a stair at the back of the houses so you can make the way shorter....
