Villea Seaview Apartments — Hotel in Skopelos Municipality

We arrived from Skiathos & our host Cherry, advised us to leave our luggage at Seajet office, so we went for a quick bite at Plantation Square, got our luggage & booked a taxi to take us to Taverna Castello at Mylos Square to our meeting point with Cherry. There are many steps, so be prepared 😝She showed us to our quaint apartment IKION. The TV had poor signal which she tried to get sorted, the WiFi is erratic, but we had Bluetooth & could enjoy our music when chillaxing at our apartment. Cherry is a goldmine of knowledge & advised us on restaurants & tours we could do. She booked a Mamma Mia tour which we thoroughly enjoyed. The 2 restaurants we went to were Mouries, a traditional Greek restaurant & Molos Taverna at the old Port, both excellent choices! Cherry is an absolute asset to her company she works for. She always responded within few minutes to all of our questions. She also arranged for pickup & transfer on our last day as our ferry had to change ports due to windy conditions….Kudos to Cherry!!! We had the best time staying here in skopelos. We stayed in the lovely apartment Nefeli which exceeded all our expectations. It truly was a dream. We were given a warm welcome by our lovely host Cherry on arrival and shown the way up the steps to our home for a week. The apartment had all we could possibly need including some little gifts of local olive oil and honey which was appreciated. Throughout our stay, cherry gave us recommendations and e ven booked us a mamma Mia trip around the island. If we had any questions she was always there to help. The steps up are definitely worth addressing. Especially in the heat, they can be challenging doing multiple times a day. We did find a better route through the town but definitely do not underestimate them! The view however is stunning and in many ways makes up for this.

From the moment we arrived, Cherry welcomed us not just as guests, but as friends. She’s the kind of person you wish you could take back home with you – warm, funny, endlessly kind, and incredibly knowledgeable about the island (and trust us, the island knows her too – everyone does!).

Her accommodation is everything you’d hope for in a Skopelos stay: clean, charming, and authentically Greek, with the kind of picturesque charm that stays with you long after you leave. In fact, it was so picturesque, we found ourselves inspired… and got engaged right there on Cherry’s balcony, with the magical view of the old town in the background.
