Really rare find. Classic home-style Greek food that's really hard to find anywhere else in the Sporades. Was so good that we went back twice during our 2 day stay in Skopelos.
Food was really tasty (really stupidly tasty, you have to try it for yourself), portions great and excellent value (2 portions + 1 beer set us back ~€25, which we still couldn't finish).
Standouts were their meatballs, chicken and rice (rice was a definite winner - pleasant, chewy texture with a nice hint of citrus) and lemon courgette wrapped pork, although tbh everything here is good and changes from day to day, so a must-visit if you're looking for variety, or if you just want a place which serves no-nonsense, good food with a good heart.
This place offers a nice break from the other tavernas around Skiathos and Skopelos which, although serve good food, can tend to serve the same things and can get a bit boring and overwhelming at times.

Read moreThe food was good, freshly made and tasty. But unfortunately for me that's where the good points of this eatery end. There is no menu and it was very hard to understand what they have from what I was told (FYI, I am Greek and so was the lady who worked there). It was not clear to me what they serve as a salad or as a full meal. Nevertheless, in my opinion, the size of the meals was too small, especially the vegetarian options. And of course, the prices were a bit too high, for the same dishes usually you pay half the price elsewhere in Greece. So i give it one star for the service. 3 for the atmosphere. You are served on small tables next to the street, but not too many vehicles pass by, so it's tolerable. And 4 for the food it's good but...
Read moreI recently visited this restaurant Expecting it to live up to the 4.8 stars on Google reviews, I was not expecting it to be deli style food where the food is then microwaved and some still room temperature from sitting out on the counter. The food tasted good BUT it cost 20 euro for one small vegetarian dish and a coke.. I would pay less in other European countries with higher cost of living. We asked to see the menu and they refused and then explained verbally what each dish was and not how much and no prices shown. Also was charged 2 euro for bread we did not request, it was placed on the table with...
