By far the worst place we have ever stayed! The room we were given had absolutely nothing to do with the photos online – instead of a proper triple room, we got a tiny space no bigger than 2x2 meters. It was impossible to stay there comfortably. The bathroom was just as bad – extremely small and impractical, making it a real struggle to use. The advertised amenities were simply not there – no TV, no proper facilities. Even the iron, which was listed in the room description, turned into a problem. We took it for a few minutes just to iron some clothes, and the host accused us of triggering some kind of “alarm.” This was a complete lie, since we had used the same iron the day before without any issue at all. Such behavior was insulting and dishonest. The host was rude, unhelpful, and instead of resolving problems, tried to shift the blame onto us. The whole experience felt like a scam – we paid for something we never received. No comfort, no professionalism, and no respect for the guests. For the price charged, one would expect at least decent conditions and basic courtesy – but here we got neither. Our stay in this hotel was planned for 3 nights, we have extended it for four nights. It the first day after the borders were opened, on June 15th. ||As we were not sure if the borders will open, we didn’t not prepay our stay and the owner was fine with it. ||The hotel is located near by one of the beaches and the port was about 5-7 minutes by walking. There are many restaurants and shops around. The area was quiet maybe because the lack of tourists. ||Eleani is the name of the lady who hosted us. It is a family owned hotel where every single corner it taken care and touched with love. Her husband was always busy with some work around the hotel and kids were helping as well. The environment is like at summer house: very inviting, cosy and pleasant. ||The room was clean, the shower did not have an extra smell and the towels were changed often. AC was working well. Internet had a good speed.|| They offered us two towels which we could use for the beach. Great and warm hospitality and excellent service in any aspect. ||We left with a feeling like we left our relatives.
