Lagom House — Hotel in Thassos Municipality

A perfect stay at Lagom House – highly recommended! We spent 9 wonderful nights at Lagom House in Panagia, and everything was absolutely perfect. The house is fully equipped with everything you might need: from kitchen essentials to comfortable furnishings — making it feel like a real home away from home.

The location is fantastic: right in the heart of Panagia, just a few steps away from charming tavernas famous for their spit-roasted lamb and pork, local souvenir shops, and the village’s iconic three springs. A large free parking area is very close by, which was incredibly convenient. Also, it’s just a short drive to Golden Beach, the largest and one of the most beautiful beaches in Thassos — perfect for a full day by the sea.

What truly made the experience exceptional was Fotis, the host. He is one of the kindest and most thoughtful people we’ve ever met. He stayed in touch with us throughout our stay, offering local tips, checking in to make sure everything was going well, and was always ready to help with anything we needed. His hospitality truly stood out and made us feel welcome and cared for.

Family of 3 adults and 2 children. 07.07.2024-15.07.2024 It was the 4th time in Thassos, but this was the best so far. We never took into consideration the fact that we could stay in Panagia. And after a careful research we have decided to stay at Lagom House. I was very nervous about the parking in Panagia, but in the end it was perfect. The house is exactly in the center of the village, and near are 3 public parkings, taverns and grills and Sotirelis/Olis olive oil stores. About the house: 2 large bedrooms at the top floor, bathroom, living room and kitchen at the ground floor. The house was clean, we had everything we need to prepare breakfast for the little ones (2yo and 5yo), AC in both bedrooms. In the night: a little bit noisy because of the taverns, but no later than 23:30-00:00. The owner is very kind, we didn't meet him as he wasn't in Thassos, but he made sure that our holiday was good and I would like to thank him for this.

So, in the end, if you want to stay in a traditional village of Thassos, this unit is a good choice for families with children, or even couples. You don't need to stay literally on the beach because Thassos is about exploring multiple beaches...

We stayed here for almost 2 weeks and we felt like home. Wonderful place to be if you want to visit Thasos, short or long stay, being very well positioned on the island. The hosts are amazing human beings, they didn't miss a thing. We had everything we needed and even more, as they assured frequently if we were in need or something.
