Narciso Luxury Suites — Hotel in Thassos Municipality

We stayed in the Elite VIP Suite, a beautifully equipped apartment. The suite is spacious, with very comfortable beds, two terraces, and a large, elegant jacuzzi. The pool and the entire courtyard were wery nice; the water is pleasantly warm and clean, and it’s almost never crowded. In the evenings, it’s the perfect atmosphere for a swim. The cleanliness was on the high level, every day a maid comes to clean the room and change the towels, which we greatly appreciated. The breakfast included in the price was tasty, varied, and sufficient for two people.

The unpleasant surprise was that we couldn’t eat breakfast outside in the seating area because wasps were swarming the food. We had to take our plates into the room to eat properly and in peace, and for that we were charged €3 room‐service fee. The staff don’t speak English very well and and are definitely not paying attention to details. Overall, even though these apartments are advertised as luxurious, the level of service here definitely falls short of...

O clădire tip hotel mic format din 8 camere și piscina amplasata in câmp, foarte retrasa și foarte departe de plaja. Noaptea este destul de intuneric cand te intorci dupa plimbarea de seara, accesul la aceasta locație se face destul de anevoios pe un drum de tara pietruit. Distanta reala de la aceasta clădire la cea mai apropiata plaja este de 800 metri și nicidecum 250 metri cum este menționat în descrierea locației. Micul dejun este unul fix si sarac cu produse ieftine și repetativ ( în fiecare zi omleta, un bol micuț cu salata pentru 2 persoane, 2 sandvișuri, unt, gem/miere, suc de proasta calitate și cafea). Trebuie sa astepti sa te serveasca singurul baiat care este barman si ospatar. Mai sunt inca doi angajati la aceasta locatie: bucatareasa si o femeie la curatenie intre orele 7-15. Atitudinea patroanei, Mary, este una falsa care de fapt urmareste doar incasarea banilor cat mai mulți fără sa ofere servicii de calitate în schimbul acestora. Comportamentul acesteia este unul de fatada si nu face onoare ospitalitatii grecesti. Pretul corect pentru aceasta cazare este nici la jumătate de pret din ce se solicita. Pentru mine a fost una dintre cele mai neinspirate cazări de care am avut parte în Thassos din ultimii 20 ani raportat la prețul foarte exagerat pe care l-am plătit și serviciile primite. Am fost păcălit de pozele frumoase de la cazare și reclama pe care și o face online. Nu as mai repeta niciodată o astfel de experienta. Un preț foarte exagerat pentru condițiile oferite ( micul dejun foarte prost, distanta foarte mare pana la plaja și, cel mai mult, atitudinea total falsa a patroanei care administrează aceasta locație). Prețul solicitat la aceasta locație pentru o bere este de 6 euro, o pizza foarte modesta costa 14 euro, o porție foarte mica de creveți 12 euro etc. Se profita foarte mult de faptul ca locația este izolata în câmp și ești nevoit sa mănânci sau sa bei doar la ei, la niște preturi exorbitante fata de cele existente în stațiune. Singurele lucruri pozitive la aceasta locație sunt : camerele, piscina și jacuzzi de la fiecare miniapartament însă care nu prea se potrivește deloc cu priveliștea exterioara ( doar câmp) fără a se zări...

In September I had the pleasure of staying here where the host, Mary, went above and beyond to ensure our trip was unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm welcome and provided detailed information about the area and local attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the view from my balcony was nice. Mary was always available to answer any questions I had and provided excellent recommendations for dining and activities. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and the main town. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.
