Luxury Plateia Rooms — Hotel in Thermaikos Municipality

The place is located in the middle of the walkway, right across from the watertaxi deck and there are taverns left and right. The only negative thing I could find(and that is the only inconveniance) is that there is no parking and you struggle to find in the vecinity. Other than that, the room is clean, the AC works fine, the bed is confortable, the bathroom is nice and the view is amazing. Friendly reception staff. House keeping staff very friendly & excellent in keeping the apartments spotlessly clean. Excellent central location. Great views of the sea & beach. Plenty of excellent taverna's. Can thoroughly recommend the boat trip into Thessaloniki site seeing. Also the big red bus hop on/off around Thessaloniki both excellent value. Wir hatten 2 Nächte wie so viele zum Zweck des Legoland- Besuchs mit unseren 2 Kindern gebucht (Familienzimmer). Positiv: das Hotel ist sehr sauber, renoviert und modern eingerichtet. Das Restaurant im Erdgeschoss hat eine ansprechende Auswahl an griechischer Küche und das Essen ist wirklich gut. Negativ: leider ist das Haus ausgesprochen hellhörig, so dass der Schlaf weniger erholsam ausfiel, bedauerlich wenn man noch eine lange Autofahrt vor sich hat. In der ersten Nacht randalierten angetrunkene Gäste und die zweite Nacht wurde vom Putz- Personal um 05:30 vermittels Einsatz eines + 100 db Industriestaubsaugers im Erdgeschoss für beendet erklärt. Nachdem wir unmittelbar unseren Unmut darüber kundgetan hatten, war auch essig mit der oberflächlich professionell aufgesetzten Freundlichkeit des Inhabers.
