Katerina’s place was an incredibly pleasant surprise for us. We chose it completely by chance, based only on reviews, with no personal recommendation — and it turned out to be the best decision we could have made.

The accommodation is lovely, the sea-view room is clean, well-equipped with everything you need and the view is absolutely dreamy. The garden is fabulous — lush, cool, and full of cozy little corners where you can enjoy your coffee, have a snack, do some yoga, or simply admire the sea.

Although the road leading to the property felt a bit steep at first glance, we had no trouble going up or down, and we truly appreciated how well-positioned the place is. You can walk to several beaches, depending on how much you want to explore. In fact, the gentle effort of walking up and down every day added a nice active touch to the holiday — a perfect mix of relaxation and light movement. The property also has parking space, and the area is quiet.

But the real highlight of the place is Katerina herself — a host exactly as all hosts should be: warm, welcoming, full of positive energy, knowledgeable about the area, and with excellent recommendations. She’s generous, friendly, and simply delightful.

I have rarely met such a good, empathetic, kind and warm person, like Katerina! I had read several impressions of the tourists and (as I also told them) they weighed heavily in the balance of choosing this accommodation. It's just that the reality exceeded all my expectations! The place itself is magical, picturesque, quiet, with a superb view, everything someone needs to "charge their batteries" Our room was small, it's true, but equipped with absolutely everything we needed, and, most importantly, super bed, big and comfortable! The breakfast was particularly tasty, BIG (what we couldn't eat, we took in the fridge, in the room and ate in the evening). Now, she have one Internet antenna, so the WiFi is very good.

The fact that it is so isolated and quiet creates the impression that you are cut off from the world, with the wonderful garden full of flowers and lemons trees, with cats that are more and more friendly, with the road through the forest to the long and deserted beach... completely atypical compared to touristic Greece. In conclusion, be very careful on the road (by car) EXACTLY follow the route that Katerina gives you, we took the one suggested by the GPS and we made a big mistake! Otherwise, everything is...

Romantic, cosy, colorful, aweinspiring (view), engulfed by nature :) Very helpful host who is always available in the room complex. There are different types of rooms and the host made extra effort to make sure we chose the right type and that it would meet our expectations. Very clean rooms, cleaned on a daily basis with fresh super-white and soft towels every day! The atmospere at the room complex is very relaxed and comfortable. A grilling/BBQ station is also available there in case you want to grill. You can access the sea in two ways: through a private path you access the rocks that sink into the sea that are almost private to the room complex. There sea is coming nicely into the rocks with a relatively easy way to get into and out of the sea, as long as you do not have any mobility problems. The complex also has beautiful deck covered by trees (shady) overseeing the rocks where you can have your monring exercixe/yoga :) Perfect for nature lovers! Access to the complex can be a little challenging if you are not comfortable with dirving down/up steep inclinations...
