Villa Sunray - Stivaxtis — Hotel in Zagora - Mouresi Municipality

The Stivachtis family own three properties in Ag, Ioannis, the beautiful resort on the Aegean Coast, in the Pelion area. Since their very nice looking Villa Golden Sun was closed down in the winter, they accommodated us very acceptably in their Akti Rooms right on the seafront. Because it was out of season the cost was fantastic: 35 Euros a night for two double rooms. The rooms were immaculately clean and spacious and nicer than those we had occupied at the Sofokles and at the Eden in the same resort. The views are wonderful, and the sea is just across a small road in front of the hotel. Breakfast on the terrace was delicious and reasonably priced at 5 Euros a head. The small balconies are wonderful. Mattresses were very firm, which I like but may not suit everyone. The TV reception is not great, and the Wi-Fi was a bit erratic, and in the main holiday months the road outside might be a bit noisy, but we really enjoyed our stay. Such beautiful and clean accommodation with great view, we loved our stay there! The owners were kind and helpful, the location is good, there is so much to see in the area. The only flaw to this part of Pelion is that you have 2 beaches you can reach by foot, and wherever else you want to go, you will need to travel at least 30 minutes by car up to the mountain and down to the seaside again and the whole road is full of sharp turns, serpentines and its not great for your car and not pleasant for traveling often during 10 days stay. Εξαιρετικά ευγενικοί άνθρωποι . |Το δωμάτιο ήταν το πιο ΚΑΘΑΡΟ ΔΩΜΑΤΙΟ ΠΟΥ ΕΧΩ ΜΕΙΝΕΙ ΠΟΤΕ.|Το δωμάτιο ικανοποιητικό με μόνο αρνητικό το σχετικά μικρό μπάνιο και κυρίως η ντουζιέρα .Ειχε μέσα βραστήρα χωρίς όμως καφέ η κατι αλλο.Επιπλεον το ψυγείακι μικρό αλλα αρκετό όμως για να ψύξει παγάκια και να υπάρχει δροσερό νερό αναψυκτικά και σνακ. Η τηλεόραση χωρίς πολλα κανάλια αλλα οταν εισαι διακοπες ειναι το τελευταίο που σκέφτεσαι όπως και το wifi το οποίο βέβαια ήταν πολυ καλο σε ολους τους χώρους .|Όσον αφορά τα κρεβάτια ήταν άνετο ημιδιπλο στο δωμάτιο που μείναμε ενώ το στρώμα ειναι αρκετά υποκειμενικό εμείς πάντως κοιμηθήκαμε πολυ καλα .|Θέα εχουν όλα τα δωμάτια ακομη και του ισογείου αλλα οι πάνω όροφοι βλέπουν θάλασσα ως εκει που φτάνει το μάτι.| Ο χώρος του πρωινού απλα τέλειος μέσα σε μια κατάφυτη βεράντα με θέα θάλασσα . Το πρωινό περιελάμβανε καφέ ,χυμό ,αλλαντικό -τυρί,αυγό ,μαρμελάδες και μέλι σπιτικα ,κέικ . Η κα Κουλά απλα ευγενέστατη και υπεύθυνη για την καθαριότητα του δωματίου που ανέφερα παραπάνω,όπως ΕΥΓΕΝΕΣΤΑΤΟΣ και ο ένας εκ των ιδιοκτητών (κ. Νίκος αν δε κάνω λάθος)ο οποίος σέρβιρε κι εκείνος το πρωινό .|Πάρκινγκ είχε μπροστα απο τα δωμάτια στο δρόμο ο οποίος ειναι μονόδρομος καθώς και στον επάνω δρόμο . Για να πας παραλία απλα κατεβαίνεις τα σκαλοπατάκια του πλάτανου απέναντι απο τα δωμάτια τα οποία ειναι αρκετά αλλα ειναι τέτοια η μορφολογία του χωριού ετσι ώστε όπου κι αν μείνετε θα έχετε να ανεβείτε αρκετά. Η παραλία Άι Γιάννη στα 2 λεπτά , παπά νερό στα 10 όπως και η πλάκα όλα με τα ποδια εννοειται.|Η περιοχή ήσυχη όπως κι όλα το χωριό ιδανική για χαλάρωση.
