Blue Horizon Studios — Hotel in Zakynthos Municipality

We loved staying at the blue horizon. The owners are friendly and greeted us warmly when we arrived, and then every day. These are clean studios. They have a small kitchen area, but we stayed bed and breakfast. It was so beautiful to sit and have breakfast by the sea in such a gorgeous place. . Breakfast was good. Eggs, bacon, omelette, yogurt toasties, juice and coffee. All served with just the sound of the waves. Bliss. View from the room. Perfect. We had sea view. . We ate in the tavern a few times. The veg spagetti was gorgeous. home cooked with lovely fresh veg. Also fishermans spagetti was full of seafood |.I would stay again. Its a 15 minute walk along the beach (you need to walk in the water for a bit) to Laganas if you want more buzz. We got a taxi back. Laganas itself was fine for all ages at this time of year. Some really nice restaurants along the sea front. As the taxi driver said. Not mad yet. Still normal lol. I am in my 60s and had one...

The view from the sea view rooms is even better than web page, by day looking out to 2 islands and crystal clear waters and by night an orange moon that makes the water glow. The room was very clean and Covid-19 secure with all the towels, remote controls etc coming in sealed polythene bags, free alcohol wash and certificates to show the premises have passed Covid inspections. The family that own the hotel are extremely friendly and are very good hosts. The hotel is almost on the beach so you get unobstructed views and a few steps to the sunbeds. Although the breakfast on the web page said 'continental' we had a great choice of cooked breakfasts with great cappuccino and fresh orange juice. We loved it so much we are returning...

My friend and I had such a wonderful experience at this hotel! The owners are incredibly kind and go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The location is perfect—peaceful and not in a busy area, which we really appreciated. We stayed in a lovely room with a sea view, which made the stay even more special.

If you have the chance, definitely try their restaurant! We had breakfast included every morning, and it was absolutely delicious.

All in all, it was an amazing experience, and we really hope to come...
