Gioarde Villa — Hotel in Zakynthos Municipality

Our stay at Villa Gioarde was absolutely incredible, it exceeded all our expectations. The property itself is exceptional: ultra-modern, spotlessly clean, and beautifully furnished with lots of style and comfort in mind.

Boussi, the owner of the villa, was truly outstanding. He was incredibly responsive and always available via WhatsApp to help us with anything we needed. His hard work in ensuring we had everything we required was greatly appreciated. His nearby restaurant, Aliotiko in Tsilivi, was a highlight of our trip and definitely worth a visit! Boussi went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, ensuring nothing was ever too much trouble.

The villa’s location is ideal, just a short distance from stunning beaches, fantastic restaurants, and shops. The area was also very peaceful and relaxing.

We particularly loved the pool area. The sea views were fantastic, and the sunloungers were honestly the most comfortable we’ve ever used. It was the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the sun.

Our stay at Villa Gioarde last summer was absolutely wonderful! The villa itself is stunning—luxurious, beautifully designed, and offering a breathtaking view. It’s in a great location, just about an 8-minute drive to the city, so you have both convenience and peace and quiet.

What made our experience truly special was the host. He was by far the best we’ve ever had—so welcoming and attentive. A real highlight was the amazing Greek food from his own restaurant. Every meal was delicious, and it added such a personal touch to our stay.

We spent 10 unforgettable days with friends at this beautiful villa, and it was the best time ever. The villa was perfect, stunning views, big pool, beautiful rooms and a BBQ spot but the highlight was definitely the host. He was super friendly and always willing to help. Without even asking, he brought us delicious food from his own restaurant down in the city. Throught the week we also went several times to his greek restaurant.
