Parys Villas — Hotel in Zakynthos Municipality

We stayed one week at the end of August. Upon arrival we were met by two hosts who could hardly speak any English. They showed us the way to our villa. The latter can only be called a villa due to its design and an amazing ouside terrace with the view on the pool, but all the rest is nothing but sheer disappointment. The kitchen wasn't just generally dirty, but every single fork or knife we took from the drawer, had food stain and grease on it. The toaster had remains of burnt bread in it, the kettle was fully covered with limescale. Also, don't count on preparing a family meal as there aren't enough pots, and, for example, we couldn't drink morning coffee together as there were only two coffee cups. ||Speaking of the toilets, it was even worse. The downstairs one was filrhy, with stains of urine on the toilet seat. Upstair bathroom - toothpaste spots in the basin. Hairs in the bath. Dirty shelf. Dirty mirror. The bath taps was leaking so heavily that while having a shower, the bathroom floor gets covered in water.||In addition, there are no blinds, so you are woken by the morning sun, so no sleeping in the morning. The air-conditioning is not working well. ||There is a nice pool but there is noone around to ever clean it, so be prepared to take out different animals yourself.||It is such a shame for such a beautiful property to have this poor maintenance.||We are well travelled but can honestly say we have never before come across accommodation like this, especially not for this price. Very sad to pay for 5 star villa but in fact stay in no more than two...

We have booked via booking.com a apartment with prive season swimming pool for 1200 euro for 4 days. When we went there the owners told me what I have booked the stone villa with prive swimming pool ...I was dissatisfied because that was not my choice! We went to see the stone villa and it was terrible!! Abandoned and dirty!!!dirty sunbeds ,Troubled pool umbrella,Forgotten flooring, Procs on the floor, caps from beers from other visitors, spiders in the house, broken window in the living room and zero safety in the house!without alarm protection and the house is in the forest!!||I looked if I was able to find an other villa or hotel to stay but there was not any Availability so I stayed in the villa because I had no where else to go ! The 3rd night of our Accommodation Robbers came in the house where we were sleeping and took my sons mobile phone and my husbands expensive watch! ||All this with 300 euros per night..||I m so sorry that Businesses like this Exists and dishonors Greece to visitors from...

My son & I arrived Monday night 2nd September 2019 On arrival a stray dog was at the villas front door ! Then my son and I woke up to go and explore and opened the front door to find 5 stray dogs outside the door and barking at us! We then tried to get out via back door to find two cats trying to get in plus one dog! We felt very intimidated with these dogs and was not happy or could leave the property due to following us and barking, one dog was nasty! The villas pool was not like the photos, it was run down and had a smell of stray cats and urine ! The view around the villa is very run down and not pleasant! We eventually called the police, as I felt I did not trust the dogs ! We clearly are animal lovers but felt very uneased with these dogs! We had to vacate the property and find alternative accommodation! The owner would not meet me half way with the loss of payment and refused any refund! I would not recommend...
