Jootiq Villas — Hotel in Zakynthos Municipality

Wow -what a fantastic find. This is a 4-5 star villa located in an excellent location not far from the city centre or some of the islands best beaches. You need a car but the town and beaches are only 10 mins drive. The best beach of the island Banana Baya is 35 mins drive. The owner Billy is efficient with excellent communication throughout. One stand out is he has a general manager Stathis who meets you at the airport and helps you with all aspects of your stay. We always stay in villas and this was the first time we experienced this. Stathis was amazing speaks many languages and goes the extra mile- including getting out of bed on a Sunday morning when you accidentally lock your keys inside the villas on your very first day! I wish all the villas had a Stathis.I must also mention that the villa is extremely clean, The cleaner comes every day but is not intrusive. The villa was amazing. Everything was clean and worked great, the pool was very refreshing. The price is also really affordable for a group. The host gave us a list of restaurants and places to visit, which we partially followed (because we could not fit everything in one week) and it was amazing.

This place is a nightmare - We were there as a family with 4 children and for 2 nights we had no water in the tap. , the internet in the villa was bad - we couldn't watch TV or use a computers. The place is neglected and old....
