by far the nicest accommodation we’ve ever been to. Petros, Sofia and their children were extremely kind and helpful during our stay, even when we went back too early and the rooms were still being cleaned they offered us the best iced coffee we’ve had in Zakynthos, better than all coffee shops and restaurants. we didn’t feel like tourists, we felt like family. aside from that, Petros was extremely kind to give us a ride to the airport at 5 AM, even though it was very early, he was there, and for that, we’ll never forget them and this amazing place. ♥️ thank you for everything you’ve done for us, we’ll miss your hospitality! 🤗

This place exceeded our expectations. The room is big, super clean(sheets and towels changed every other day) , the bed is comfortable and bathroom is big too. The property is only 3 mins by car to Zakynthos town and to Tsivili yet it is a quiet place where you can sleep amazing. Petros and Sofia and their 4 adorable kids are amazing hosts- good, hardworking people that make you feel at home and are happy to answer all your questions. If you plan a trip to Zante I definitely recommend to stay with them

Nell'ultima settimana di Settembre, abbiamo alloggiato nella stanza di 23 mq denominata "Bougarini", con incantevole vista sul frutteto e l'uliveto. Arredamento in buono stato. Avrebbe fatto molto comodo una cassettiera, invece assente. Bagno dotato di finestrella con zanzariera: ottimo, anche se lo standard è quello greco. Ciò vuol dire che, come dappertutto, manca il bidè, la doccia è chiudibile da una tenda ed il soffione non si può agganciare sopra di se per avere entrambe le mani libere. Ma alla fine ci si adatta. Elemento positivo in più rispetto allo "standard greco": la doccia aveva un rialzo in muratura che separava la base doccia dal resto del bagno. Per nulla scontato in Grecia. Il punto di forza di essere ospiti della famiglia Giatras è la loro gentilezza. La disponibilità di Petros a consigliare luoghi da visitare o taverne frequentate dalla gente del posto è lodevole. Sofia è molto attenta affinché l'ospite stia meglio possibile. Se si ha bisogno di elementi aggiuntivi nella dotazione, basta chiedere. A volte non vi è stato nemmeno bisogno di chiedere. Impeccabile la pulizia. Oltretutto molto frequente, insieme al cambio di biancheria ed asciugamani. Meglio che in un Hotel stellato. Dopo pochissimo tempo era quasi come stare in famiglia. A mio pare, per un soggiorno a Zante, affidarsi alla famiglia Giatras è una soluzione consigliatissima.

Petros is a friend, before to be a great host. This is the feeling you got upon your arrival. Here you can enjoy the real greek spirit more than you can find in other places. The studios are really well equipped and if you need something, Sofia, the wife, will provide anything you want. Their children will make you happy for the whole stay with their beautiful smiles.
