Phi Simple Living Quarters — Hotel in Zakynthos Municipality

The Phi simple living experience was something exceptional. Phi is a place that inspires and make you slow down a little bit and connect with nature. The house amazing so neat and clean, with big rooms and 3 bathrooms, a huge kitchen to cook whatever you like and an enormous living room and balcony where you can relax reading a book and gaze the olive trees of the estate. The location is perfect only 5 minutes by car from the centre of Zakynthos and only 10 minutes walking from Tsilivi beach. The owner of the house, Annie, so sweet and helpful, offered to take us on a small tour around and was really kind and hospitable. The breakfast offered by Annie was something to remember. A small basket with local things and an amazing cheese pie from her mother! We spent three days there and it didn't seem enough. Next time we will not leave! Those small walks in the afternoon around the trees of the estate oh god i miss them!...

Phi simple Living is just an amazing concept... I cannot praise this accommodation highly enough, it was perfect in every way. The villa, pool area and garden are kept spotlessly clean, and it is ideally situated. Only a 20 minutes walk to tavernas, supermarket and the beach. Not so far away from the city of Zakynthos as well. The villa is minimalistic and beautifully furnished with lots of artistic touches. Olive trees surround the villa. Every little thing has been thought of and provided. Annie the owner is so friendly and helpful and makes sure that you enjoy your stay in every way. The pool is a perfect size and the villa has an ideal size too. I highly recommend this Villa and in fact it is top of my list. By far the best accomodation...

Phi Simple Living Quarters is a magic place! We stayed one week and our experience was unique. Annie, the owner was very kind and willing to help us. The distances from super market and beaches is almost 5-10 minutes. The whole house was very clean. The pool place and whole surrounded environment was very mediterranean under the olive trees.
