A Magical Stay at Zante Fiore Beach Studios

We had the pleasure of spending 8 unforgettable days at Zante Fiore Beach Studios, between 20-28 June 2025, together with our family and friends. What made this holiday truly special was not just the stunning location right by the sea, but also the incredible atmosphere created by our wonderful hosts.

This family-run business has been welcoming guests for many years, and their warmth, hospitality, and genuine friendliness were felt from the very first moment. We felt more like part of the family than tourists. Three generations are involved in running the place, and each of them contributes with dedication, love, and passion that you can truly feel in everything they do.

The location features a cozy beach bar and terrace/taverna where you can enjoy a variety of refreshing cocktails, coffees and drinks, perfect for cooling off on a hot summer day. They serving delicious homemade Greek dishes such as traditional rabbit stew, moussaka, stuffed tomatoes, souvlaki, beef stew, and a variety of fresh fish and seafood. However, the absolute highlights were the special pork steak and beef steak, perfectly grilled and full of flavor (sure, on my teast). All of this was best enjoyed with a glass of local wine or a cold draft beer, right by the sea.

Every day at Zante Fiore Beach Studios felt wonderful, thanks to the warmth of the people and the magic of the place. Saying goodbye was not easy. As I left, I gave a big hug and kiss to our lovely host, whom we affectionately called “μαμά” (Mama) – hope to...

The beach studios are located really nicely, very close to the beach and in a quiet area. There's plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. The restaurant is also very nice, with plenty of dishes and drinks to choose from. Service was also good. The studios themselves we found were okay; the bed was good, but the kitchen was not very well equipped (small cutting board, no sponge to do the dishes, a pan in very bad shape). The shower itself was fine with good water pressure, but somehow the water did not stay in the cabin and flooded around the toilet, which was not very convenient. The toilet brush was also really dirty and should...

Die Studios kann ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Wir waren im Rahmen der Sommerferien mit einem 9jährigen Kind dort.

Lage: Top Lage. Porto Kaminia ist ein wundervoller Strand. Sehr sauber, Wasser sauber, es geht seicht rein also auch für Kinder toll. Sehr angenehmes Klientel. Einheimische gehen dort auch hin. Und das heiß ja schon was.

Das Studio ist direkt am Garten und damit am Strand. An der "waterfront" ist die Taverne. Diese ist richtig toll. Von 0900 - 2200 (glaube ich) geöffnet mit allerlei Köstlichkeiten. Essen war super. Preise auch absolut in Ordnung. Die Sonnenliegen sind kostenfrei. Diese kosten auf der Insel sonst gerne mal 30€ und mehr.

Zimmer:

Die Zimmer sind völlig in Ordnung und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Kein 5* Hotel aber wirklich absolut in Ordnung. Jeden Tag Housekeeping und neue Handtücher wenn man mag. Wir waren im 1. OG und der Blick vom Balkon ein Traum. Man darf von der Küchenzeile aber nicht zu viel erwarten. Kochen für drei Personen war schon eine mittlere Herausforderung. Wir haben selber Frühstück bereitet. Ansonsten waren wir immer essen.

Service:

Eine ganz liebevolle und freundliche Familie. Sie haben den Betrieb gut im Griff und stehen einem immer zur Seite. Wir hatten anfangs ein kleines aber unangenehmes Problem mit dem Zimmer (Abfluss). Wurde freundlich und umgehend behoben. Alles super. Man kannte sich im Laufe der zwei Wochen und es war sehr sehr angenehm und vertraut.

Sowohl als Paar als auch als Familie ein lohnenswerter Urlaub. Man sollte aber auf der Insel unbedingt ein Auto mieten. Muss übrigens bucht bei den großen Agenturen erfolgen. Kann man bedenkenlos bei den "Locals"...
