I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at this hotel, where I have been a regular guest since last year.||||During my recent stay, I was assigned room 612, and unfortunately, I encountered several issues that I find unacceptable for an establishment of your reputation:||||Lack of fumigation: On two occasions, I saw cockroaches near the headboard of the bed during the night, indicating poor hygiene and maintenance.||Toilet issues: The toilet did not function correctly, which was quite uncomfortable.||Shower in poor condition: The shower was in a state of disrepair, making my experience less than pleasant.||Billing problems: There was an issue with the taxi service. I was charged for the service, and I was given a receipt for the transaction. However, when I checked out, the reception staff claimed they had no record of the payment and asked me to pay again, even though my bank account clearly showed the debit.||These incidents have led me to reconsider staying at your hotel again, as my last experience was very disappointing.||||I hope you will take the necessary actions to ensure that future guests do not face...

We booked our rooms months in advance and were charged accordingly. However, upon arrival, the hotel claimed they had no record of our reservation. We had to provide proof of payment before they reluctantly rebooked our stay. Even then, we were unsure if we were given the same room type we initially reserved.
To make matters worse, one of the rooms had a non-functional toilet. Despite bringing this to the staff's attention multiple times, it took three separate requests before any action was taken. This level of inefficiency and neglect is unacceptable.
The one redeeming aspect was the breakfast at the restaurant, which was genuinely enjoyable. However, good food alone cannot make up for the significant shortcomings in service and management.
