The food was great tasting with a wide variety of sauces. It was a very festive kid friendly atmosphere. Soccer / football on the tv. Seems to be a franchise. I noticed a couple things I personally found disappointing. I enjoy variety. It seems the only want to get variety is to order a huge taco platter. You can't get 3 street tacos with 3 different meats. As I've done this at so many other restaurants I found that surprising. The second thing was the margarita. I'm used to a margarita on the rocks having a salted rim and a bit of a kick. Especially if you don't wait for the ice to melt. The rim was sugared 🤯 and the drink was sweet like lemonade. Walking into the restaurant was pleasant. It had a very lively atmosphere. I liked the art on the walls and the way it was decorated. I had a chicken torta. It was ok. The flavor did impress me like I thought it would. I also ordered the agua de orchata it was ok. The service was bad in my personal opinion. The time that it took to serve the food and drinks was too long. After I was served my food and beverage I never saw my waiter again till it was time for the check. I'm a big fan of Gringas at El Pinche. As usual, they didn't disappoint me today. Ordered Gringas, Nachos, Tacostumbras and all plates were delicious.

If you've never been to El Pinche, you'll love the atmosphere. They will take you on a trip to Mexican culture in a very casual tone. You'll find Mexican icons painted on every wall in vivid colors and also some funny stuff.
