Skillets • Paseo Miraflores — Restaurant in Guatemala City

Last year they had a Hostess named Misty, she was an outstanding hostess. Greeted everyone with a smile. She also insured that everyone she seated was served in a prompt manner.

Unfortunately she no longer works here. And the greeting and services is not the same.

The hostess greets you like you are more hungry client. No customer service etiquete. A basic smile and eye contact make a great difference.

This time one of my servers was Jennifer a new hire. She was very cordial and very respectful. She was always aware of serving my table.

Pictures of really nice place they actually hamburgers with special promotion on the weekends, I really enjoy the taste of it. It was a funny experience with friends really had a good time and it was 22 of us and they didn't took much longer it was like 45 minutes waiting for all of us to be served even though we actually talking and everything.
