The place is decently priced by Balatonfured standards and has a location that is about 15-20 min from the water (the main attraction). The guest house was fairly clean, but the room (including the linen, glasses, towels etc.) are not changed during your stay. Very happy with the place - the rooms were ok, clean and tidy, no problems at all. The staff - friendly and helpful. The pool could been bigger but it was fine for afternoon chillout. There is Aldi store just 200m down the road. The promenade is 10 minutes walk and the closest beach is 15 minutes away. Really happy for the price. We spent a few days at this accommodation and I have to share with you it was beyond expectations regarding cleanliness and If you are travelling by car it is very close to the beach (7min tops), without it not more than 20min.
