Read moreI am usually not the type to complain, but this stay had some flaws that can't go unmentioned. When we arrived, there seemed to be no one who was in charge or who knew what to do exactly. A lady from the pub helped us, but she mainly refered us to one of the 5 (!) endless Mails we got from the hotel. The check-in process took around half an hour, which is far too long considering we had already payed and just wanted to fill in a form and get our keys. Someone seemed to have made soup in the kettle, there were still some leftovers in there. The fridge was also mouldy in some places. There was hair and stains on the bed. We moved to another Hotel. They offered a refund whch never arrived. They never ansered...
