Lovagvár Apartmanok — Hotel in Gyulai járás

Very bad communication with the staff/owner. We called when we were in the city and they did not answer any of the 2 phone numbers, after several times the owner answered but could not talk to her, not in hungarian , romanian or english. I called one more time and this time, the lady that speaks romanian answered and she said she will be there and we can go. At check out we sent a message and called to ask what we do with the key, same as at check-in, no answer, we had to go 3 kms to her house just by some indications given by the romanian speaking lady trough phone, so we decided to leave the key in the door and we went to try find her because she also had to give us the change from the apartment price because she said she did not have her wallet with her. On the check-out day after many calls with no answer, after finnaly she answered she started shouting at us that she is not her problem to make her schedule for the clients but the clients must make their schedule for her. And after the conversation, by mistake, she did not close the call, and imediately she started saying to the owner that "those garbages" called her at 7 am, we did not call her at that time, it was after 8:30, the check out time was at 10. And also in the same day when we left , she sent me messages teling me that i should not come anymore in hungary that i should stay home and that she will give my personal data to all the other apartment owners so that i cannot book another room in Gyula anymore. Beside this awful customer service, the room is full of dust, especially on the curtain and under furniture, in the bathroom there is black mold on the corners, the inside of cabinets where the dishes are, are very dirty, the pillows are very bad, just some empty dirty bags, also the bed sheets were old and with small holes on them. The balcony of our room comunicates with other room, so anytime you can have a visit through the balcony from the neighbour room and also there is a door inside the room , to the other room, that is very akward, anytime a kid or evwn adult could open that door and enter in yours. 2018 Augusztusában a férjemmel 5 pihentető napot töltöttünk itt. Gyönyörűen berendezett szobák, tisztaság, rend. A gondnoknő Magdika egy végtelen kedves, tüneményes hölgy. Azonnal gondoskodott mindenről. A szállás közel van a fürdőhöz, a várkerthez. Kb 150 m-re van a Marcos étterem picivel tovább egy Coop bolt. A fürdő felé útba ejthető az Idesüss pékség. A balatoni átverős, lehúzós hangulat jutott róluk az eszembe. Penészes a gardrób, ezért befújják valami illatosítóval a szobát, hogy ne vegyük addig észre, amíg el nem foglaltuk a helyünket. Persze másnapra már kiderül az igazság. Amikor mondom, hogy ez bizony büdös penészes, elismeri a gondnok, hogy sajnos igen. nem megyünk ide még egyszer. Van elég, korrektebb...
