Napraforgó Wellness Ház es Panzió is 700 meters from Pecs main railway station. There are busses connecting but you wont gain time compared to a walk. Most sights are within walking distance from the hotel.||||Our room was comfortable and spacious. Very clean. Unfortunately, they use way too much fabric softener washing the linen, which fills the room with a chemical smell. The road outside the hotel has heavy traffic.||||The hotel was closed and reception dark when we arrived around 23. We booked the hotel online the same evening. The hotel staff was not expecting us, and we obviously woke the receptionist up when we arrived.||||Bed was comfortable. Big room with a desk, TV, a sofa. Breakfast was included. Simple but good. Fárasztó utazást követően megérkeztünk a panzióba, ahol, ahogy az eddigi tartózkodásaink során is, készséggel fogadtak s megkaptuk a szobánk kulcsát, ami a második emeleten helyezkedett el, 23-as számmal. A bőröndöket felhordtuk a lépcsőn, s az ajtót kinyitva tömény cigarettaszag áramlott ki a szobából, egy nemdohányzó panzió nemdohányzó szobájából!! Tekintettel feleségem állapotosságára (mint ismert, mind az aktív, mind a passzív dohányzás magzatkárosító hatású), illetve dohányfüst-allergiámra, szerettünk volna egy másik szobát kérni, de erre telt házra való hivatkozással nem volt lehetőségünk. Így a távozás mellett döntöttünk. Itt ért a hidegzuhany, ki kellett fizetnünk az első éjszaka díját. Egy olyan probléma miatt kellett távoznunk, ami rajtunk kívül álló okok miatt történt - a recepciós hölgy is elismerte, hogy az előző vendég dohányzott a szobában, s egész nap szellőztettek. |Ami felháborító, az az eljárás, hogy kifizetteték az ott el nem töltött éjszakát! Este, fáradtan új szállást keresni, s egy olyan szolgáltatásért fizetni, amit nem is vettünk igénybe, több, mint döbbenetes!|A vásárlók könyvét kérve először a vendégkönyvet kaptam, majd másodszori kérésre a megfelelő könyvet. |Úgy érzem, elvárható emberi jog, hogy egészséges helyen töltsem az időmet. ||After a long drive, we arrived to Napraforgo Panzio, where, as usually on our previous trips here, they greeted us nicely and we got our keys to our room, which was located on the second floor, No.23. We brought our suitcases up and opened the door, from where heavy, stinky cigarette smell came out, from a non smoker pension non smoker room!!|Due to my wife’s pregnancy (it’s well known that both active and passive smoking cause fetal damage) and my cigarette smoke allergy we would have liked to ask for an other room, but the house was full, we didn’t have an opportunity to switch there. |So we decided to leave. The big surprise came here, they made me pay the first night, though we didn’t even spent a minute in that room, and the reason for leaving wasn’t our fault at all!|Then leave late in the evening try to find an other accommodation...|What’s really upsetting, is the fact that we had to pay for a service, we didn’t even used.|First when I asked for the consumer complaints registry, they gave me the guestbook, then after asking again, the right one!|It’s a human right to stay in a healthy place especially when...

Napraforgó Wellness Ház és Panzió was a fantastic base for Pécs located roughly halfway between the train and bus stations and less than a kilometer from all the top sights. The two-bedroom apartment was comfortable with a nice balcony and dining area. The included breakfast was simple but delicious and WiFi was dependable.
