Pálma Panzió — Hotel in Soproni járás

We revelled in the fact that we were a rare kind travelling to Sopron - why did you come all the way from England to Sopron?! queried the receptionist in a curious way.||||But we loved it - a very beautiful hotel, and though I dont think all the rooms are the same, ours on the top floor had bare beams and an angular layout, with a window which opened right onto the street with a great view to watch the world go by. Ask for one of these!||||The breakfast area was simple but great, with a really filling breakfast (the hungarian salad, cheese, meat and bread, and lots of pastries). Everything was very easy to deal via email. Fast respond, friendly attitude and easy to fix everything.|| If you are travelling with kids, use the T6 room. That is actually a two-room-apartement, the kid slept well in the smaller room.||||Wifi was really fast and reliable, air conditioning worked excellent. Itt szállásoltam el a vendégeimet, de soha többet!!! A vendégek pénteken vonattal jöttek Sopronba (önhibájukon kívül 5 óra késéssel érkeztek), akkor a szállásról már többször türelmetlenül telefonáltak, hogy zárnák a recepciót. A vendégekkel, amikor megérkeztek a panzióba, kiabált (!!!) a tulajdonos... Annyira kellemetlenül érezték magukat, hogy másnap inkább hazamentek, nem maradtak a városban. Munka miatt érkeztek, szerették volna Sopronban tölteni a hétvégét, de volt aki be sem mert szombaton checkkolni megtudván hogy milyen fogadtatása volt a pénteken érkezőknek, inkább későn este hazautaztak. Pénzt természetesen nem kaptunk vissza, de ennél jobban zavar az, hogy elüldözik az ide...
